*This charming home is located in Nantucket’s most desirable neighborhood: BRANT POINT!** Just 500 yards from Children's Beach. Short walk to town,the lighthouse,playground, harbor, many restaurants & shops, Brant Point & Jetties Beach. Private small yard with detached garage and plenty of off street parking. Front enclosed porch and rear deck. Home fully equipped with linens, well equipped kitchen, gas grill and outdoor shower.The first floor has a sunny kitchen, dining room that seats ten, living room , a screened in porch ,and a bedroom with queen bed . There are three more bedrooms upstairs.


***JUST 500 YARDS TO CHILDREN'S BEACH: This is a harbor Beach, Ideal for small children; park, playground, and bandstand; lifeguard, restrooms, showers, food service, picnic tables. Food, playground, and rest room are all accessible. Activities sponsored by Park & Recreation Commission are often held at this beach during the summer.

SHORT WALK TO JETTIES BEACH:Great beach for families. Lifeguards, changing rooms, playground, volleyball nets, restrooms, showers, public phones, restaurant and take-out food service. Concession and restrooms handicap accessible; boardwalk to the beach. Tennis. Windsurfing, sailboat, and kayak rentals. Swimming lessons for children age 6 and up offered by the Park & Recreation Commission.

The house was perfect for a 3 couple stay for a wedding. Location was great! We were able to get in a little early which helped. Only real negative is carpets needed cleaning.

Nantucket Visit

This house was the perfect spot for our trip to Nantucket! The location is great, and walkable to everything in town, and the house is even nicer inside than the pictures show. We would recommend this property to others and would stay here again the next time we visit.

Perfect Location!

We came for Food & Wine from Wednesday-Friday. The house is classic Cape charm, clean, and easy walk to White Elephant/shops/restaurants. Beds were very comfortable; two full bathrooms (one is en suite); large dining table. Highly recommend and would stay here again!

Fantastic location!

We had a get-together of some old friends for a weekend in Nantucket and this was the perfect place. The location was *amazing* and we each had our own bedroom. Check-in and out was easy and everyone loved the weekend.

June in Nantucket

8 of us had a great time in this house. Perfect location, walkable to downtown and water. Private deck area and comfortable living room and porch (if the weather doesn’t cooperate). Large dining area and house had everything we needed.
