Absoluteley loved our stay. We will come back for sure. The view and location ammenities (pool, kitchen, BBQ) make it much better than an hotel room for that price.

Most excellent place to stay, just fantastic, everything you need was in the condo. Clean, supplies the view was breathtaking I can say enough about. Everything is within walking distance, the host though about everything from A to Z, you don't need to bring nothing except what you want to eat and drink. We love it. I recommend to everyone. The hosts were wonderful. The place spotless and perfectly outfitted. The view was unobstructed. The area wasn't very crowded, which was nice. A lot of good restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance. Our favorite was Love Song, which had a friendly neighborhood pub feel, but served excellent imaginative cuisine you'd expect to have to dress up for - but this was relaxed casual. The A.R.E. also has a nice cafe with healthy options and a great spa.

What a wonderful gem on the ocean! Enjoyed waking up to beautiful sunrises over the Atlantic. The cleanliness, amenities and attention to details were impeccable. Check in and out was good. the place was neat and clean. They had food for us to make breakfast which was nice. The bikes were also fun to ride on the boardwalk. We had one of the seats that needed to be tighten and it was taken care of right away. We could see dolphins every day. The one think in the listing was the balcony that you cannot sit out on.

This studio condo was EXACTLY as advertised and very clean with lots of amenities (coffee pods, snacks, spices, towels, robes, beach chairs, you name it!). The owners were VERY responsive and polite and the check in and check out instructions were very clear. The only tiny factor is that the balcony isn't a full one where you can sit, but the view was fantastic right over the beach and there are plenty of chairs on the lawn below if you don't want to take the beach chairs out to the sand. The pool is nice too and well maintained.This studio could fit three because of the fold out couch, but this trip only involved me and my wife and found it perfect for our stay. The adjustable bed was very comfortable for sleeping.The location is perfect at the very end of the beach boardwalk and there are numerous restaurants not far away. The attached bistro is only open for dinner so we didn't get a chance to try it, but the menu looked promising. We never had a bad experience at any place we went, so feel free to explore restaurants and activities nearby. The bus service is also easy to use and not expensive at all.Sunrise and moonrise are perfectly viewed from the lawn area or even from the room. At least in the summer, the dolphin pods tend to swim up and down the shoreline a bit before and after sunrise
