Enjoy a peaceful stay at this modern 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the heart of Virginia Beach resort area. The space is perfect for a small group or family. It is 1.5 blocks to the beach, across the street from a grocery store and short distance to all types of restaurants.

The condo offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere where you can relax and unwind. Offering a clean space is a priority to us and this includes freshly laundered linens of all types. All sheets, towels, bathmats, blankets and bedspreads are fresh and clean for each new guest.

The main bedroom has a queen bed and attached bathroom. The secondary bedroom has two twin beds and is across the hall from another full bathroom. These comfy mattresses will help make sure you get the sleep you deserve while on vacation. There is also a pull out sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space if needed.

The nicely updated kitchen comes with everything you need for your stay including pots and pans for cooking, storage containers, blender, toaster, electric kettle and both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker.

Enjoy high speed internet, WIFI and Roku TVs in both bedrooms and the living space. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience as well.

This condo is in a great location, surrounded by all types of restaurants, a few blocks to the famous King Neptune Statue and close by to the all new Atlantic Surf Park and Dome venues. You can watch the sunrise, learn to surf or catch your favorite musical artist performance all close by.

The condo has a pool that is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day for you to enjoy, a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach and two dedicated parking spots. Whether you’re enjoying a quiet morning on the patio, an afternoon at the pool or an evening indoors, this fabulous spot has you covered.

This condo was immaculate, roomy, very well stocked, perfect all around. Our host was fantastic. There were great restaurants within walking distance, as well as smaller, less expensive options. The elevator was a plus for us, as the condo was on the 2nd floor. If we're ever back in the area, we will definitely stay at this lovely condo again.

This place is perfect in every way! It’s clean, comfortable, exactly as described, has all the amenities that you would need to feel at home, and the owner has wonderful communication with you the entire time. The condo is only a short walk to the beach and it even has a nice pool to cool off in. We would definitely stay here again!

A Sea Glass Dream really is a dream come true if you are heading to Virginia Beach. The condo is walking distance to the beach/boardwalk and many excellent eateries. The unit itself is pristine and very comfortable. The sea glass themed decor is so nicely done. Cynthia is the best host we have ever dealt with using VRBO and we are frequent travelers.We had to have a package mailed to us (unexpectedly) during our stay and Cynthia generously helped us make it happen. We hope to return the next time Virginia Beach is our destination. Thank you, Cynthia (and Jeff) for a wonderful stay.

We had an incredible stay at this property. We walked into a fully-lit, clean condo to find a bottle of wine on ice waiting for us. This was a very nice personal touch, and we immediately felt at home.The bedrooms are very comfortable; we slept well each night. The kitchen was well-stocked with the appliances we needed for an enjoyable stay, particularly the Kuerig coffee maker. The living area was nicely set up for relaxing and movie watching after a day at the beach.The condo building is 2 1/2 blocks from the beachfront, so the trip from door to beach was only a few minutes of walking. A supermarket is right across the street, so we never had to worry about provisions. Cynthia ensured that everything was set up for us before we arrived, and there was never any sort of issue with building or room access. She was very quick to respond to any messages that we sent to her.Overall, this was one of the best rental experiences we've had, and we'll definitely be looking to stay here again when we visit Virginia Beach!

Absolutely loved this rental! I have done hotels and rentals in Virginia Beach and this was by far my favorite. I stayed with my husband and 3 y/o daughter and we had a blast. First, the condo was very clean, nicely set up and decorated with quality furnishings, etc. - not junk. The location was amazing - 1.5 blocks to an open access to the beach in a nice area walking distance to some great restaurants. Very easy to grab groceries at Harris Teeter next door. Cynthia was so easy to work with. Will definitely be booking again!

This is a wonderful unit - immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, filled with light and spacious. The location cannot be beat: at the quieter, family end of the beach, but within a few blocks of stores, restaurants, bars and activities. The pool was cleaned every morning and gave residents an option when red flags flew on the beach. The host, Cynthia, could not have been more amenable and she worked with us every step of the way, allowed an earlier entry time and answered all my questions promptly. We had debated renting a 1BR/1BA "suite" for our family, but I am so glad that we found this condo instead, for only a slightly higher price. We were one block from the beach and even my 7 year old grandson easily walked that each day. It was an easy drive to the Va. Beach Aquarium, a big hit, and many restaurants and stores. There is a fancy donut shop on one corner and a fudge/candy shop on the other corner; my grandson was in heaven! I knew my teenaged granddaughter could safely walk to stores from our building during the day, which made her feel very independent. The unit itself was like a "vacation for the eyes", as my grandson stated. Indeed - this is not a basic rental unit in a resort area; this is designed for a luxurious vacation stay, with everything you would need at your fingertips. We cooked, used the washer/dryer, sat on the balcony and enjoyed our beach days. I would return in a heartbeat - especially since Cynthia allowed shorter stays when we were there.

Our family of four, including two small children, had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! It was recently updated, spotlessly clean, and in the perfect location—just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed. The space was comfortable and kid-friendly, making it easy to relax. The host was incredibly nice, responsive, and so accommodating throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely stay here again!

This was our first time staying in an Airbnb, and it did NOT disappoint. Communication with Cynthia was quick and easy throughout the weeks leading up to and during our stay. As you walked in, you could smell the clean and fresh condo. The kitchen was so clean, there was not a single smudge or fingerprint on the cabinets or counter. The living room, dining room, bathrooms, and bed rooms were clean and organized. The condo and decorations stayed true to the theme 'A Sea Glass Dream!', and was pleasant to the eyes. All of the decorations, towels, and beddings were to the theme, and even had a smart TV in each of the rooms for entertainment. The bathrooms were so painfully clean, there was not a single strand of hair to be seen. The baseboards were dust-free which was helpful for my family with asthma. When our beach umbrella broke, the condo provided a tent/ alternative umbrella that we used. The condo provided cleaning supplies, toiletries, plastic containers (used them so often with our love for beach snacks), basic ingredients/ seasonings, dishes and utensils, and detergent and fabric softener for the washer and dryer. Everything was so well thought of, and the cherry on top was Cynthia's kindness, honesty, and generosity. Cynthia provided us donuts from a local place on the first day that on our last day, we went back to buy some and bring them home. This was such a perfect experience for us that we would happily stay here again on our next visit to Virginia Beach!

The best in Virginia Beach!

My family of 4 had spent 3 nights at this property and we definitely will come back next year. Everything in the condo was in excellent shape and Cynthia was the best host who communicated everything clearly and accurately. The location was perfect and the space inside the condo was ideal for a family vacation. We will come back and stay longer next time!

The condo was spotless when we arrived. All the conveniences of home were readily available- coffee pot, electric kettle, washer and dryer and detergent, beach chairs and towels. Cynthia was an amazing host who communicated before our stay and was available to answer a quick question when we arrived. We have stayed at La Playa before and love the location - 2 blocks from the beach, quiet and safe, with a supermarket across the street for anything you need. Walkable to many restaurants and breweries. All in all a great week in Va Beach!

Best VRBO experience to date!

A Sea Glass Dream and its host Cynthia are fantastic! In a word, from booking to check out: smooth. The property is super clean, up to date, and very thoughtfully appointed. In my experience, many properties look great in the listing but disappoint IRL. Not this place - it's spotless, comfortable and did i mention CLEAN?! Beds are comfy, linens spotless. The building is located near just about every amenity you can think of. The beach is an easy walk (and Cynthia supplies a wagon to use to haul your stuff), the most amazing EVER donut shop is on the corner - Parlor Doughnuts, seriously, don't skip it - plenty of eateries, beach shops, Harris Teeter grocery store, and even indoor glow-in-the-dark mini golf are within minutes walking distance. Also, shout out to Atlantic on Pacific restaurant/bar, fantastic food and cocktails! The building pool is clean and well maintained. I traveled with a friend, her niece and the niece's 10 YO daughter. I was the main contact for the trip and found Cynthia a delight to work with. She kept me inforned, offered tips and suggestions, and left a lovely welcome surprise for us - pastries and a bottle of wine on ice :-) We've already decided to come back again and stay at A Sea Glass Dream!

Check in not so good

Lovely place, very clean and decorated tastefully! Great location! The only problem we ran into was we had to wait two hours out in the hallway in front of the condo because Cynthia forgot to set the four digit number I provided into the lock to be able to enter. Up until this time, she was always very responsive, but she happened to be on vacation at this time and was obviously distracted. We were all extremely tired and had to use the restroom, and there are no additional restrooms in the Playna Rana (sp?)… only ones in the individual condos, obviously. For this reason we had to ask someone who happened to be cleaning out another condo if they minded if we use the restroom there…which thankfully they did not mind. We were very excited just to get in unpack and rest after our 10 hour drive from north of Pittsburgh, PA. Again, in Cynthia‘s defense, she was on vacation. Would absolutely stay again!!

It was perfect!

My friend and I stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect. Very clean, comfy beds, kitchen had everything we needed. The property is a block to the beach and you can walk to stores, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Host was super helpful! Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect In All Ways

We enjoyed our long term stay in this beautiful condo with an amazing location in the heart of downtown Virginia Beach. Our host had exceptional communication and was a pleasure. The area restaurants recommend by our host, boardwalk/beach and next door grocery store were such a plus. Would recommend to all our family and friends.

Blissful and relaxing

Cynthia is hands down the best host I’ve ever interacted with. She took the time to reach out and explain the check in prior to the trip, and the communication provided made for an easy and seamless check-in. The place itself has wonderful decor, and everything was so clean and tasteful. The bed was extremely comfortable, and extra care was put in to the entire layout and experience. The location is absolutely perfect , just blocks from the beach and walkable to grocery, restaurant and shops. Perhaps the nicest host I’ve ever had, as Cynthia even mailed me back a forgotten item. My visit was work related, but I felt like I was on vacation due to vibe of this perfect apartment.

Perfection!

My teenaged daughter and I stayed at this lovely condo in late August and early September. The condo is beautifully furnished and decorated with high quality furnishings. It was immaculate. The host is extremely thoughtful and left us gourmet treats to enjoy upon our arrival. The condo is spacious with a good sized living area and two decent sized bedrooms and baths. The condo has everything you could possibly need. A well stocked kitchen that was a pleasure to cook in, linens, soaps and even disposable razors. Beach chairs, beach towels, and beach pails for the kids. Family games in the living room and toys in the second bedroom. This place is magical. You will not regret booking it!

Amazing!!

We had an amazing stay! Our first trip to Virginia Beach and it won’t be our last. Proximity to everything was key for us and this location is perfect! Groceries across the street, an easy walk to the beach/boardwalk, as well as plenty of restaurants nearby. The condo is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is well equipped. Having access to beach supplies (chairs, canopy and wagon) was so helpful and made the walk to the beach even easier. Our stay felt so much like home. Thank you Cynthia for hosting us, we look forward to returning!

This place is awesome!

This place is amazing. Beautifully and meticulously maintained, has everything you need, and the location is perfect. 5 min walk to the beach and 2 min walk to the grocery store. I cannot believe how clean this unit was considering it's a beach condo. Just fantastic. Cynthia truly enjoys renting this unit and it shows, down to the last detail. Bath and beach Towels, a beach tent, a large beach wagon, and toys were provided. Cynthia is so easy to work and communicate with, all that is asked is be reasonable and treat the place with respect. She even provided a bottle of wine and crumbl cookies as a surprise when we arrived. Keyless, self checkin and checkout were super convenient. This place is worth every penny, dont hesitate to stay here! The only constructive feedback I have are a few minor items that shouldn't deter anyone from staying here: - no broom for sweeping sand. there is a swiffer but a broom would be easier - kitchen trash can could be bigger - my wife likes an extra deadbolt on doors when we travel, and this unit only had the one keyless deadbolt lock. the area and building are safe and i dont think it's needed, but just something to note. All exterior doors to the building are always locked too, and there are security cams, so security is not an issue.
