Sleeping Arrangements

Pet Policy

Dogs under 20 lb are welcome with written approval and a $250 per pet fee. Cats are not allowed due to allergies, while service animals are always accepted.



Pool Heating

Pool heating is an optional add‑on at $125 per night, recommended from October 15 through May 31. The pool is set to 87 °F, with temperatures dropping on rainy days, so heating ensures a pleasant swim during cooler months.



House Rules

Maximum of six overnight guests; no parties or unregistered guests. Quiet hours run from 10 PM to 8 AM. No indoor smoking or vaping—violations incur a $1,500 fine. Pets must be approved, and unauthorized animals may be removed with fines up to $1,500. All guests must sign the rental agreement before arrival.
