The condo was clean, agency was prompt to respond to any requests (the vacuum cleaner was broken and quickly replaced), and the ocean view was beautiful.

I thought we had ocean front property but could only see it between beildings. We did not recieve the code to the gate to the ocean. I texted for it but recieved wrong code. I to ask a neighbor for correct code. Ran out of tolit paper in all three bathrooms and had to buy more.

Thank you for your feedback—we appreciate you letting us know. We’re sorry for the confusion regarding the view. The listing is advertised as ocean view, not oceanfront, as the ocean can be seen between the buildings. We apologize if this did not meet expectations. We’re also sorry for the inconvenience with the beach gate code. At the time of your arrival, we provided the most up-to-date beach code we had available, as we had just received updated information from the property’s management company. The correct code should have been available in the unit, and we understand how frustrating it was to have to ask a neighbor. To improve clarity moving forward, we’re transitioning to a new digital guest guide system to ensure access information is always easy to find and up to date. We also apologize for the toilet paper issue. Additional supplies are kept in the storage closet, and we’ll make this more apparent for future guests. Thank you again for your feedback—it helps us improve.
