About the host
Hosted by Patricia

I am a 6 generation Washingtonian, however I have lived all over the world. 10 years in Spain and 1 year in Costa Rica. My travels have made me appreciate this area even more. I feel Lake Stevens is one of the most beautiful lakes in the world.
Why they chose this property
Quite, peaceful and least boat traffic as both boat launches are far away from this house. Yet close to all the shopping and only 5 min. to I5 freeway or Everett. 10 min. to Everett Marina, 30 min. to Seattle. But why leave when Lake Stevens has everything. Stunning views!
What makes this property unique
West side cove area is the Best View on the Lake facing the Cascade Mountain range to the East. Amazing sunrises and after glow sunsets make magical moments while drinking coffee or having dinner.
