Built in 1984, located in a woodsy area within the city. Once you make the turn into Walton Street, all the traffic noise has gone. You swear you’re in the country.
We wanted to keep all the 1984 beach house aesthetics, preserving how it was meant to be. Central AC and heating, WiFi, washer, dryer, kitchen, backyard table, deck, two screened in porches, sofa bed.
Carpenter’s Creek located in the backyard. Four smart TVs available. There is one in every room. Kitchen equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave. Gas barbecue pit located in the back. In walking distance to shops, including Planet Fitness, CRUNCH, IHOP, Shrimp Basket, BBQ, Mexican food, Sky Pizza, and other restaurants.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Spacious living room and bedrooms and everything we needed in the kitchen. We enjoyed the rear deck in the evenings, it was hard to believe we were so close to so many stores and restaurants. Pablo made sure we had all the information we needed before checking in.

Nice, central location to stores and restaurants and quick access to several main roads. No concerns with safety, and we didn't have any issues with noise. This is a three story house with two bedrooms on the second floor, and a master loft on the third that is very spacious, but keep that in mind if mobility is an issue. The arcade game in the living room is a fun add-on. The kitchen and all the utensils are nice to have if you'd prefer to stay in and prep a meal. Very pleasant stay!

Very nice home to stay in for visiting the panhandle beaches especially for the price. House was very clean and host was very responsive and flexible. Host also provided plentiful soap which was a pleasant surprise. Would highly recommend to others trying to vacation on a budget!
