The Space:
Morning light glints off the water as you step outside, the shoreline just beyond the gardens and the rhythm of the waves setting the pace for your day. Afternoons drift easily between the beach and the pool, with warm tropical air and an average temperature of 28°C keeping every hour comfortable. As evening settles in, you return through your private entrance, rinse off the salt and sand, and gather for an unhurried dinner before the night breeze moves through your private patio or balcony.
Set within the Punta Esmeralda condominium in Cruz de Huanacaxtle, this entire home accommodates up to 8 guests with 3 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2 baths. The single level home layout - with no stairs in home - offers easy movement throughout the space, while elevator access in the building adds convenience from arrival to departure. Central air conditioning keeps the interior cool year-round.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms and five beds provide flexible comfort for families or groups traveling together. Bed linens and cotton linens are provided, and clothing storage: closet makes it easy to settle in. Two bathrooms include hot water for refreshing showers after time by the water.
Kitchen and dining
The kitchen offers a dedicated space where guests can cook their own meals, whether preparing breakfast before heading out or enjoying a relaxed dinner at home. A dining table brings everyone together for shared meals, conversation, or planning the next day’s outing.
Outdoor living
Life here naturally revolves around the outdoors. Waterfront - right next to a body of water - and beach access mean the shoreline is always within reach. Spend your mornings walking along the sand, then cool off in the outdoor pool or unwind on your private patio or balcony with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area. Resort access allows guests to use nearby resort facilities at their own pace.

Guest Access:
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your letter of access.
Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).
Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.
The Neighborhood:
It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Nayarit Riviera. It comprises some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, it is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time.
Getting Around:
We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.

In order to make your stay a 5 star stay, you need to take into account the following information:
Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.
Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.
-IMPORTANT: We remind you that it is vitally important not to throw any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.
As an alternative, we have provided you with garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.
-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.
-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 5* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 20* dlls extra per person per night.

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that your stay will include when your reservation is confirmed.
Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.
The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
