With comfortable sleeping arrangements, natural light, and modern finishes, this space is ideal for families, small groups, or traveling professionals.

Our family has been living here for about 20 years. 2BR/2 Bath Spacious House in a very convenient location. Our kids have grown up in this house. We have a wall painted by our kids & we hope our customers won't mind keep the wall untouched. Spacious bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry on site & free Garage parking. The owners live on the ground floor & share the garage & backyard w/ guests. Contactless check in, & a host available on-site if you need assistance.

Two well-appointed bedrooms with comfortable beds and quality linens. The setup emphasizes a clean, hotel-style presentation to enhance comfort and guest confidence. Storage space is available for longer stays.

The living room offers a comfortable seating arrangement with a sofa and accent chairs. Natural light and a clean layout create a relaxed environment for unwinding after a day in the city. A TV setup is available for entertainment.



Kitchen and Dining

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances, cookware, and utensils for everyday use. The dining area is suitable for shared meals or as a secondary workspace. Surfaces are kept clean and uncluttered to maintain a strong sense of cleanliness.



Workspace

A dedicated desk area supports remote work or extended stays. Reliable WiFi is available, making it suitable for business travelers.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home, ensuring privacy and convenience throughout their stay.



We access the courtyard on every Sunday and Monday or Tuesday to roll our trash cans in and out. Garage parking and yard have security camera for security purpose.



Garage parking: Garage parking one spot for customer and the other one is for owner's car.



Potential noise from the main Street's traffics, but a very convenient location.

Exterior cameras in the garage, side gate, backyard and front entrance.

No cameras or surveillance devices inside the guest space.



We need to access the back yard to roll out trash cans and roll back on certain days



If you decide to drive during your trip, be aware that parking anywhere in San Francisco is extremely DIFFICULT. Pay special attention to street signs. We highly recommend to consider use car service like Lyft and Uber to get around. It saves me time and headache of finding a parking spot once you arrive at my destination.

Really enjoyed this home. Great local diner around the corner. The only negative to this house is steps. If you have trouble with climbing stairs this is not the place for you.
