Newly remodeled home is located 0.2 mile away from Pacifica Municipal Pier and Sharp Park Beach where beach lovers and surfers visit. This is a 3 bedroom 1 bath upstair unit in a quiet fourplex. This home is a block away from ocean/pier/beach/trail, restaurants, shops and more. It is 10 miles away from SFO, and SF piers.

Three bedrooms and one bathroom upstair unit. A flight of stairs will lead you to our home. All the bedrooms have new foam mattresses, new linens and pillows. We have a new smart TV, smart refrigerator, smart range, smart washer/dryer and smart switches into this smart apartment. You will be able to control TV, W/D, lights by voice. Each bedroom is equipped with smart home display, which you can control appliances and lights over your voice. There is an open style living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living area has games to play and a 70 inch TV with Netflix.

We share one wall with our neighbor and have a downstairs neighbor in the bedrooms area. Please keep your sound/movement low after 9 pm.

We have installed outdoor security cameras. Please kindly let us know if you are expecting visitors. Any extra guests even if they do not spend the night or pets are subject to a charge of $200 per day per guest unless approved.

We are excited for you to stay here, but please read ALL house rules before booking. There will be a $500 fine for breaking house rules. Thanks!

Guests will have the whole apartment except one closet in the hallway, which has been used as our storage room.

Other things to note
Similar to the majority of homes in the area, our residence does not have air conditioning. However, with the cooler local temperatures, opening the windows allows ocean breezes to naturally cool the space.

Any unregistered guests or pets, regardless of overnight stay, will incur a fee of $200 per day per guest/pet, unless prior approval has been granted.

All waste must be placed in trash bags and placed in the trash receptacles provided in the downstairs. Guests may need to help on the garbage day.

Very clean and beds are very comfortable. Location is perfect. This is our third time staying here.We love Pacifica for its views, local hiking on the bluffs, and for its eclectic, artsy, small-town feel. Also for the easy commute into San Francisco.

It was perfect. Arlene's house is thoughtfully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans, pods, aluminum foil, you get it, right? Plenty of towels, toiletries, very nice sheets & bedding. I felt like I was still at home. Refrigerator with ice maker & water dispenser that actually work (that's not a given in all VRBO properties). Pristine. Top of the line appliances in this smart house. Netflix is up & running, but you can log in to your own Disney , Apple, or Max account on her 70 inch LG smart TV. She's very responsive, almost instantly in the VRBO app. She was so sweet, patient, & accommodating with my same day reservation. Not to mention how close you are to the Pacific Ocean & the Pier. Yes, I will stay again. Yes, I highly recommend her & any property she has.

The home was amazing just as advertised. The water front area is about 1/2 block. The amenities were too many to mention. Host gave great directions to the house and gave us some amazing recommendations for dinner.

We loved the location and home! Location was convenient to all San Francisco activities. Most days took us 30 -45 min to get to any location (Chinatown, Wharf, Golden Gate Park). Short walk to beach in Pacifica and near lots of little places to eat. The home itself was nicely equipped and had some nice upgrades that we appreciated. Host left us a nice bottle of wine to start are stay and was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Woould stay again and reccomend to others!

Completely Unexpected if judging from Outside

We arrived late in evening and must honetly admit that I was a little concerned about the location. Some of the neighboring dwellings are in need of some serious repairs. Yet, once inside the place was great and I forgot about the outside views. Please note the area is safe and there were no concerns. The place was clean and had modern appliances/features. For example, wifi refrigerator and heated toilet seat were a surprise. Please also note that all bedrooms had working flat screen TVs. This location is must for anyone looking for value and a great place in Pacifica. Parking space was include and directly in front of your unit. In addition, there are no units above you so noise is not a concern. I did encouter an issues accessing the unit but this was more a user issue and not something the renter caused. The main Street for Pacifica was two minutes walk away and the Ocean front was a nine minutes walk away. I don't trust what I read normally but this one was on the up and up. I will certainly stay at his location the next time I'm in the area.

The Updated Interior is Wonderful

We enjoyed our last two nights in Pacifica after being in Yosemite for the week. The beds were super comfy, especially when you’ve hiked dozens of miles the previous five days. Everything was high quality and it was nice to have a washer/dryer in the unit. The outside needs some updating and didn’t match our expectations. However, the inside exceeded our expectations!

Spacious and modern!

This unit was even prettier in person than I expected! It was also very spacious. We had 5 people in our group, and we had more than enough room. The host was great; quick to respond to all messages and very helpful. It was close walk to the ocean and pier, and we felt safe walking around the neighbor to nearby shops. I would definitely recommend this VRBO!
