This stylish summer cottage, just 0.7 miles from public beach access, will welcome you with 3 beds, 1 bath, an open living to dining concept & a stocked kitchen. Sitting on a corner lot in the Village of Ontonagon, in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, this home was originally built around 1940 & a full renovation complete in 2023. It offers a high-end hotel feel with crisp pima cotton sheets, down comforters/pillows, the bath is stocked with soft towels & the living room boasts a 55" TV, electric fireplace & leather reclining sectional sofa. The home is equipped with NEST smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, NEST thermostat and new AC system. Natural light throughout with large windows the showcase the window flower boxes, lush landscaped yard and mature trees. Wander outside to a BBQ grill, corn hole boards, fire pit stocked with wood and surrounded by custom Adirondack chairs for relaxing after a day at the local beach.

EV Charger Disclosure: RV hookup in the backyard. A useable NEMA TT-30 (adapter) 24amp - equivalent to level 2 charging station. All EV drivers will need an adapter.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Please leave all sheets on beds. Please gather and toss all used/dirty towels and washcloths and place in the bath tub. Please leave any dirty dishes in the kitchen sink.
Please gather any trash and toss in the black bin behind the garage. Please make sure that you are signed out of all of your personal TV apps. Please make sure all lights, TV and fireplace are off.
Please make sure you have phone chargers from outlets. Please make sure the front door deadbolt is locked and use the house key to lock the back door. Please return the key to the lockbox. (Code 4351)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No shoes in the main living areas of the home including on any carpet. No loud noises before 8:00AM or after 10:00PM. No food in the beds.
No suitcases on the sofa or beds. No pens or utensils on the sofa. No curling irons on bathroom countertop. Turn on bathroom fan while using shower.
Use metal shower drain hair catch during shower use. Squeegee glass shower doors after use. All beach toys/shoes store outside. No illegal drugs.

Beautiful home! Our stay was amazing. The location was close to the beach, close to shops, and dining. We were able to access Porcupine Mountain hikes, waterfalls, mines, and to rock hound. The furnishings were comfortable and the design/decor was soothing. We were so comfortable. The host thought of everything that you might need. It truly felt like home.
