Equipped with everything you would expect in a 5-Star family home. Here, there are comfortable furnishing that invite you to cozy up, have a family game night, watch TV, or use the grill for a cookout after a long day in our beautiful Florida sunshine. We provide high speed internet (WIFI), central air, privately fenced backyard, spacious driveway, a Kuerig Coffee machine, full sized washer and dryer in home, dining ware, and linens. Please let us know if you have a special requirement and we will do our very best to accommodate.

This is an entire side of a Duplex. There is NOT an entrance to the other side from indoors. There is a gate that separates the back yard so that you do not have to share a patio.
Nothing in this Duplex is shared besides the driveway.
A non-refundable $100 pet deposit is required, thank you.
