The location of the property was terrific with easy access to the B-Line Trail and Hopscotch Coffee. The beds were extremely comfortable and showers great.

Some friends and I stayed here for an IU football game weekend. It was perfect for what we were wanting for the weekend! Easy walk to campus and to the bars/restaurants, clean, spacious, and a responsive host.

Dirty dishes in the dishwasher (they had been there for a long time), clothes left in the washer and dryer, rear door lock did not work from the outside, the area did not seem safe, in my opinion.

Linens were not washed when we arrived which was frustrating, but we checked in an hour early which may have affected things. Otherwise it was a perfect stay!

It was a nice play to stay with friends. It was a little far for walking distance to downtown but a very short drive. We did have AC issues upon arrival. We messaged host and they immediately responded. Unfortunately the AC didn’t get fixed during our stay but they did drop a few fans off for use.
