Early check in or late check out?
We take pride in the cleaning and sanitation process between guests. If possible early check ins, and late check outs would need to be organized 24 hours in advanced and are subject to an additional fee of $50 per hour. If the cleaning team arrives and the guest has not departed delaying cleaning, a $100 service charge will be applied to your closing costs.

House Rules:
- Absolutely no parties or gatherings
- Only 8 people allowed at the property, all guests must be on reservation
- No taping anything to walls or ceilings
- No glitter or confetti
- No moving furniture
- Only 4 cars allowed in driveway (all cars must be in the driveway, not on street or sidewalk)
- No smoking inside (fine of $500 for smoking inside the house)
- No noise or loud music between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- Fines may apply if anyone breaks these rules.

Pool/Spa Rules:
- Optional pool heat available for $50 per night ( 3 night minimum)
- Pool heat must be requested at least 48 hours prior to arrival
- Pool heat cannot be added or removed after arrival
- Spa heat is included when pool heat is added (Spa only heating is not available)
- Once activated, pool heat fees are non refundable
- Guests may not adjust heater settings or tamper with pool equipment. Additional charges may apply if equipment is altered
- Spa is controlled remotely. If you would like the Spa turned on, please send us a message and we will activate it for you
- Spa heats to approximately 100°F
- Spa heating runs in timed cycles, please allow time for it to reach temperature
- Use the pool at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty
- Children under 15 must be supervised at all times
- No diving, rough play, or jumping from pool edge
- No glass containers in or near the pool area
- Please dry off before entering the house

Pet Rules:
- We require a non-refundable pet fee of $250 (per each pet)
- Maximum 2 dogs
- Dog is kept on a leash at all times when in yard
- Must pick up after your pet
- Must be crated when left unattended

Booking Requirements:
To confirm your reservation, guests are required to:
• Sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking
• Upload a valid driver’s license
• Place a card on file for verification

A refundable security hold of $500 is also required. This hold is processed securely off-platform through our API-connected software, OwnerRez, which is trusted by the hospitality industry for safe and secure transactions. The hold is placed 2 days prior to arrival and released 7 days after departure, provided no damages are reported.

There are exterior surveillance cameras to enforce rules and noise detectors in place too, so please respect our rules.
