The house is lovely - nicely decorated with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and sufficient space for four adults. The check-in process was very smooth and the communication from the host was excellent. The location provides easy access to local stores, downtown St. John’s and the highway.

Excellent place as long as you have a car. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. There were basic food items available. The beds were really comfortable. The towels were great. The host was exceptionally responsive to our questions.

This property was perfect for our week-long visit to St. John's. After discovering how expensive hotels are, booking a home was the best choice for us. Two couples shared this space easily. We had a beautiful kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, and a comfortable area to unwind and enjoy each other's company.Located in a residential area, the home is located close to grocery stores and was a 20-minute drive into downtown St. John's. We used Uber as well and spent less than 20 each way.The property owners checked in with us on a regular basis; they responded immediately to our questions. We were extremely satisfied with our VRBO home and highly recommend it for future visitors to the area.

This modern two-story home, completed in 2024, provides ample space for comfort and leisure. The main level boasts an open-concept living area and kitchen fully equipped for preparing delicious meals at home. Adjacent to it, the dining area includes a spacious peninsula with bar seating and a dining table, ideal for you.

Upstairs, the second floor features a spacious primary bedroom complete with an ensuite bathroom and a generous walk-in closet. You’ll also find the second and third bedrooms, each with large closets, along with a main bathroom.

Heading downstairs from the main living area, there’s a fourth bedroom with its own private ensuite, offering added comfort and privacy.
