Nice home and location

The host was very responsive and accommodating. The home was as described and the community was perfect for our family vacation. Pool was nice and area very quiet. Only thing lacking was that it could have been cleaner.

Enjoyable family beach week

We enjoyed our family vacation in Bethany. Nora provided very easy communication about our stay. The house was clean and met our needs. We loved the beautiful neighborhood and that it was walking distance to the pool. The pool is perfect for the various ages of our family.

Perfect family vacation home

Beautiful house in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Easy access to beaches by car, awesome neighborhood pool in walking distance, and plenty of nearby groceries, restaurants, shopping, and vacation activities. Excellent communication with owner. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We have 4 children and there was plenty of room for them. Short walk to the community pool which is wonderful. We love Bethany Beach which is a short drive. The host Nora, was wonderful at communicating and ver accommodating and allowed us to check in early.

House has everything you need. Comfortable beds and very clean overall. This is our second time staying at this house. Owner so nice and is very accommodating. You text her she gets back to you right away. Will definitely rebook

Great place

Like being a guest at the home of a perfect hostess. Probably the nicest rental we ever had. Close to pool, courts and fitness center. Well maintained neighborhood. Friendly people. Can't wait to return. Thanks Nora!

Great spot for a family vacation

Forest Landing is a great spot for an easy family vacation near Bethany Beach. It is a quiet neighborhood with a community pool that my kids love. The house was clean and had plenty of space for all of us. The beds were comfortable and all the appliances and amenities worked well. The host communicated well - including letting us know that we could check in a little early because the cleaners were done. A little detail that was appreciated!

Forest Landing

We had a wonderful stay! Neighborhood is beautiful. Property is just as described. It is located near the clubhouse and pool. The swimming pool is delightful for both children and adults. Beautiful view of the water fountain from this unit. Comfortable beds. Large dining table for gathering family for meals. Look forward to staying here again!!!

Wonderful Stay.

Second time staying in Forest Landing. Chose this particular location due to the proximity to the clubhouse and the outdoor seating. Home was just as listed and very comfortable. Only suggestion to future renters, basic pantry staples not available (unless a previous renter happens to leave items behind). You may want to come prepared if driving.

Family vacation

My husband and our two adult daughters with their families stayed for a week. The house was as described and very comfortable for our family of ten. The pool was wonderful and we spent time every day there. It was about a ten minute drive to the beach. It would have been nice to be closer but not a bad drive. The neighborhood was very nice and everyone we encountered was pleasant.

Wonderful vacation

This was our sixth year vacationing in Forest Landing; first time in Nora’s house. The house is lovely and was comfortable for our family of seven adults and three children. We found it spacious and clean. Nora communicated instructions prior to our arrival, allowing for a smooth check in. The community is very friendly; our grandchildren love the pool and that they can bike with very little traffic. Bethany Beach is close by; the boardwalk has lots to offer. The area has several great produce stands and farms, fresh seafood markets, wonderful breakfast spots and more ice cream places than we had time for. Perfect location for our summer vacation.

Peaceful

Nora is an extraordinary host. She anticipated our needs and responded promptly to our inquiry. The house was as described - cheery and spacious. We had more space than the 7 of us needed. The neighborhood is quiet. The pond and fountain in the backyard provided a tranquil location to enjoy breakfast each morning and relaxation each evening. The pool is a very short walk away as advertised. It was easy to get to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. We had other family members stop by and they also loved this rental and hope to rent this location next summer.

Another great stay!

We love staying at this house. We had 4 adults and 3 younger children (and sometimes the occasional visit by their grandparents during the trip) and there is plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. The kitchen is well stocked and the bedrooms are spacious and clean. Having 2 1/2 bathrooms helps as well. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. The pool is great, as there is always room to get a table/chairs and there are a lot of options for varying swim levels - baby/wading pools, splash fountains/buckets, varying depths. The kids always have a blast there and at the playground. Bethany Beach and all local beaches are short, easy drives from this location, which added to the fun. Communication with the owner, Nora, has always been super easy and worry-free. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

Peaceful Paradise

My family and I had a great stay at Nora's place. She made everything so simple to check in and check out. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house is beautiful and well maintained. We loved having king beds for the adults which were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a few meals and baking cookies. The living area was comfortable for all of us to gather and watch a movie. We did take advantage of the fitness center and all of the neighbors were very friendly. We even enjoyed a walk around the walkable neighborhood. The location was good for our frequent trips to Berlin and we visited Bethany beach this time. The next time we come to visit Maryland and Deleware we will check to see if Nora's place is available.

The property accommodated 8 adults and two children comfortably. The home was nicely decorated, close to the beach and we loved the community pool. Early on we discovered the gas grill did not work. Host got back to us immediately and said if we filled the gas tank she would reimburse us. However, when we disconnected the tank we realized it was not empty. So we did not have grilling capabilities for our stay. The dryer also did not work. Host responded by ordering a new dryer but it didn’t arrive until the day before we left. Host offered to refund any monies spent at the laundromat but it was just the inconvenience of not having a working dryer on site. Those were two little hiccups to our stay. Overall, we loved the house and had a great family vacation.

Property was exactly as listed. Owner was easy to work with and communicated well with us up to the date of move-in. This property is in a well-maintained, quiet neighborhood with pool and workout facilities within easy walking distance. Great place to stay for a family wanting a quiet vacation but having restaurants and other activities within easy driving distance.

Peaceful getaway

My sister and I met up for the week with our children (12 and under) and parents. For our number of guests, we were surprised that the house still felt quiet and sound did not travel, allowing for naps for the youngest. The house was large enough to host us comfortably and we loved having the pool just a short walk away and a ten minute drive to the beach. Highly recommend this property!

Wonderful beach home!

Our family really enjoyed this property. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with a large pool and playground within walking distance. The community is just a short drive from Bethany Beach and has easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. The check-in process was easy and the house was very clean. The owner is quick to respond and easy to work with. The house has plenty of space and can easily accommodate multiple families without feeling like you are on top of one another. Our families would definitely consider renting this home again! :)

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family included grand children, parents and grandparents, we had a wonderful time. The kids loved the community pool. The beach was close by too! The house was clean and comfortable and the location is very convenient to shopping, restaurants, ice cream and mini golf.
