Everything torn out and new! 2nd bathroom added to villa for comfort, sleeps 6 with queen size pull out sofa, Updated floors, bathrooms with tiled showers kitchen with granite tops, new cabinets, vaulted ceilings, fully stocked kitchen, BBQ grill on the open 40 foot deck, everything you need for your lake weekend! On the water villa! Boat rentals are walking distance next door to complex or you can use our boat slip right in front of the unit.

Awesome location, great place!

Just rented this condo for a quick weekend get-a-way with the girls and could not be happier! The place was clean and well kept, not too far from everything and a beautiful view. The owners are nothing short of accommodating. It was lovely and I plan on coming back soon!

Wish had a little more direction on what to when leaving with towels/linens and maybe a little better on like coffee maker. If need own paper products. Overall experience was great

Great location

Great location and view of the lake. Lots of space, beautiful balcony. All furniture and beds were over all pretty run down and dingy. Beds were uncomfortable and we had to reset the Tv in the room every time we wanted to watch it because it wouldn’t have sound. But over all perfect location and good access to the lake.

Great Value, But....

Property has great potential but was very sparsely furnished. Dinnerware and glasses were lacking, The unit was in need of cleaning. Lots of dog hair and dirt on floor and even urine in one spot. Coffee grounds were left in the coffee pot. Two bathroom sinks drained very slowly. TV service was poor. It kept going off as if the signal had been lost. Hard to see why we liked the place, but we did!

Nice but……

Due to the pandemic we wipe down high touch surfaces wherever we stay. Although the place appeared clean the wipes showed an incredible amount of dirt on the countertops and tables. Our bare feet turned black apparently from lack of good floor cleaning. The living room sliding screen door could not be shut completely which led to a fly problem. There must be spiders in the bedrooms as we both had spider bites. The footrest on the recliner was difficult to get down and have it stay down. The location and lake view was good and it was quiet. No neighbor problems. Pet area not good as most of it was on a steep hillside.

Convienient location, nice view, nice property

There is only one flight of stairs to get in the door, so that is nice. The pool is at the Hawks Nest and I would plan to drive up there, but you could walk. Remember your beach towels. It was very hot while we were there, I can see why others have suggested fans. We enjoyed the place and the location.

Good location, friendly neighbors

We stayed here Sunday - Friday with 2 adults, an 11 y/o, a 9 y/o, our 5 y/o yellow lab, and a 20' ski/fish boat. This was our first trip to Lake of the Ozarks. Here's what we liked: - The slip for the boat. First time we've had a covered slip and it was amazing--seriously a game changer for all our future trips - The dock we could swim, fish, and relax on - Easy check-in - The deck and giant windows - The other guests and neighbors - The distillery/brewery - Quiet coves back in the Glaize arm for fishing and swimming - On water dining/bars (Dog days, Redhead, etc) - The caverns and trails at the State Park What we didn't like (not all the condo--just stuff in general): - The beds - The condo is close to everything, but you have to drive at least 10 mins - The pool at the inn wasn't open during the week - The slip info was vague--still not sure which slip was the right one, I used #32 - The code to the dock changed right before our stay and we were locked out of the dock for the first night - The boat ramp in the cove was very steep and they want $50 each way to use it - The inn was very vague about trailer storage--I called and they said I could just park it above the boat ramp without charge and no permit/fee/registration was required - The main channel right outside the cove is a "no wake" Saturday and Sunday but the rest of the week is full speed--our little boat couldn't handle the wake from all the big boats and we stayed on the Glaize arm after we got swamped twice trying to go to the main lake If they replace the beds and bedframes this condo would be 5*. The other issues were small and not necessarily related to the condo. We enjoyed the condo but likely won't be returning to the lake unless we get a bigger boat in which case I wouldn't hesitate to use this condo again and we'd make sure to include a weekend in our stay!

Great location and view

This was my first time to the Ozark's. I loved the location and view. It was great to have a boat slip, and a great value for the money. It was great to sit out on the deck and have coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. I would have given it 5 stars if the beds were more comfortable. Each bedroom had a king bed and their own bathroom which was really nice, but the beds need to be replaced. I would definitely stay there again especially if the beds were replaced.

Fix the washing machine that leaks and floods apartment/ condo below

We traveled to MO for our daughter’s wedding. The condo was quite close, it was pretty comfortable and was a good alternative to a hotel. This was my first time using VRBO. The owners were easy to contact and replied quickly. That being said, our bed had a huge depression in the middle making it quite uncomfortable. The outer landing and entrance was full of bugs and cobwebs. There were cobwebs and dirty corners in the living room and when we arrived, there was a big floor fan and drywall paint out due to an obvious water issue leaving us without a washer and dryer ( a combined unit). If a condo isn’t as advertised I would expect some communication regarding the water leak and a chance to reply or an alternative given. I understand it would have been an unexpected event but some correspondence from the owner should have occurred. I didn’t know what to expect as far as kitchen items that were provided. There was sufficient dishwasher tabs, dish soap, coffee, coffee filters and paper towel. There were only two trash bags provided and while there were two peppers, there was no salt. My rating is based on the water leak, as it was obvious it had happened several times. Fix the washing machine before taking more bookings.

Perfect location!!

This was our first time to the area. We got to love this location for the easy drive to the bars and restaurants we frequented during our stay here. It was also a great location for the drives and day excursions we took. We have talked about our next year trip!! The beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms was a plus. Best part was the large deck! Drank coffee out on it in the morning and enjoyed dinner and cocktails on it at night! We would definitely come back here.

Property is as advertised... 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen, full length balcony with grill and amazing views. We used the owners boat slip which worked great.! There is a boat launch very close too. Would stay here again.!!

Perfect condo for a weekend getaway!

My husband and I stayed here with another couple this past weekend and had such a wonderful time! The condo was exactly as pictured/described. The owner was very easy to contact with any questions we had about the condo. It was clean, had everything we needed, and is in a great location. We'll definitely be back!

Wonderful Lake Spot!

This condo was in tip-top shape and located in a fantastic spot on the lake. Very spacious rooms, modern style and had all the luxuries you could want for a weeks stay. We really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the view. We can't wait for our trip back next year. Book this condo for a weekend away or for a full week! You won't be disappointed!

Big, Bright & Brand New!

We stayed here for a quick get away and we will be coming back next year!The location is wonderful, the condo is right on the lake and the unit had the best of everything. The kitchen was fully upgraded with stainless appliances, new cabinets, and granite counter tops. The bathroom is luxurious with the marble rain shower and double sinks. We loved the mirrored living room and flat screen TV. Thanks for the great place!

HAWKS. NEST

HAWKS NEST Is MARVELOUS and PET friendly (so I got to bring Bruiser with) Its located on the LAKE. The condo was Clean top to bottom all the floors, counter tops, bathroom, sheets and towels. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking and dining needs. The family room is spacious and comfortable The master bedroom, second bed room and family room all had outdoor sunbathing porches that conected, which made it eady to sociakize together and have coffee in the morning on the porch. The swim pool was cool crisp and refreshing. It really was convient to rent a boat and park it in the boat slip. Hawks Nest was only a 5min drive to "The Landing" and "Osage Outlet Mall"
