Walk-in level (3 steps) from parking lot!
This waterfront 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo has a SPECTACULAR lake view that goes on for miles! Enjoy the afternoon shade with our covered deck that faces the North. You can sit and enjoy the sounds and views of the lake without that Summer sun beating down on you!

Located in the Heart of Osage Beach close to all the activities the lake has to offer at the 21 MM by water. The condo has been updated with new wood flooring in the living room and dining area and new carpeting in the bedrooms. The living room has new Sofa Sectional with recliners and a lounge chair. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay.

The dining area has a table and 6 chairs and stools at the breakfast bar. The Master bedroom has a King size bed with TV/Cable. The second bedroom has a King bed with Cable/TV. This condo sleeps 4 people in beds. We offer a free wireless internet connection, linens and bath towels along with a full size washer and dryer.
The Ledges Condominium complex is located at the 21 MM and has it all including 2 swimming pools and a swim beach. The first swimming pool is on the main channel, so relax and watch the boats go by on the lake. The second pool is equipped for children and adults and is located on the second tier and close the sandy swim beach area. Fishing off the docks is fun and there is a small playground for the kids! We have all the entertainment you could want at the lake! The outlet shopping mall is only 5 miles away. The condo is also just minutes away from all the shops, miniature golf courses and go-cart tracks found on Highway 54. Some of the best restaurants and night clubs are close by. We are also close to medical facilities, Lake Regional Hospital is just minutes away. Surdyke Marina is close where you can rent a boat, personal watercraft, launch your boat and keep your trailer is right next door to the complex for your convenience. We welcome you to come and stay at our wonderful condo and are sure you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Our stay was great. There was a beautiful view from our balcony. However the listing saud there was a grill but there was not.I notified the property manager of the issue with the shower in the main bath. The water sprayed out over the top of the shower doors. This could create the potential of a dangerous fall.

We were very impressed with the property itself. Great location, great view. Everything was clean and the kitchen and bathrooms had the proper supplies. We loved the walk-in shower - so much safer for older folks. There was only three steps to get to the front door as advertised! The owners left great instructions for everything which was really helpful! The only reason we did not give the property an "excellent" rating was that the people who were staying directly above us were very heavy footed. At 6:00 a.m. each morning the stomping began and did not end until 7:30 a.m. They also stomped around in the evening. It was extremely noisy at times!! I am not sure it is a complete deal breaker for another stay - we would definitely have to take it into consideration.

Beautiful condo, just 2 steps down on a level walk in unit. Just promised with a wonderful view of the channel. We ate every meal on the deck , watching boats go by.Both pools were fresh and clean. We found the entrance pool across from the beach, to be the easiest to access, and just parked our car next to it. The owner was quick to respond to questions and was super responsive.Great stay! I’m already planning to come back!

I could not rate it the way I wanted and rating it a 4 would be unfair, so I gave it a 5.The view is wonderful and the location is east to get to.The minor issues are 1) the lamps in the master bedroom need fixing/replaced the lights are touchy & 1 lampshade is not connected 2) both toilet seats are on crooked which is odd 3) there is no light over the dining room table which at times causes issues playing games at night 4) the welcome book is nice, but it needs some updating also need information on how to lock the front door 5) the sectional couch is OK but not good to see TV from some spots regarding the lounge chair, some liked it some did not 6) there is no fan or light on the deckIt was an enjoyable stay and we would use it again.

Lake of the Ozarks did not disappoint. The Ledges is a great place to stay. Beautiful views of the lake. Close to any activities or shopping. Will be back next spring!

The Ledges

The condo was awesome. If you like being away from all the hustle and bustle, this is the place. We spent most of our time sitting on the patio watching the lake and boats and birds.

What a view!

Most of the time that I spent at the apartment, was spent on the balcony. It was shaded from the balcony above and had a wonderful view of the lake. The neighborhood was quiet and the building was easy to find.

Quiet and Relaxing

Very impressed with our stay. Very clean and everything you need for your stay. Just bring your food and drinks. Beautiful view of the Lake from your room or on the balcony. Very quiet and peaceful place to stay. Would most definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay at Lake of the Ozark.

Beautiful Condo overlooking the lake

This is a beautiful 2-bedroom condo overlooking the lake. Very comfortable beds, double vanity in master bedroom, great shower, ceiling fans and 3 TVs. Fully eqipped kitchen and great balconywith table and chairs. Will always try to stay in this condo when we visit Osage Beach. with bea
