Beautiful Pool / Close to Mall / 2 Bed-2 Bath Larger Patio-Sleeps 8 LARGE POOL

You will be very comfortable in our nicely furnished 2 bedroom, 2 Bath condo. We have a very comfortable King bed in the master with attached full bath with a shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 -Queen size beds with direct access to the second full bath with tub/shower. We also have a Queen size sofa sleeper in the livingroom for those extra guests.
We have a washer & dryer for those extended stays.

Fully equipped kitchen includes a regular coffee pot, blender, crockpot & toaster.

We have a spacious patio with a peak view of the main channel.

This condo is centrally located. It sits in the Heart of Osage Beach at the 19 1/2 MM near all the activities. You can walk to the Outlet Mall if you wanted or visit one of the many fun boutiques. Several championship golf courses are very near to the condo. Big Surf Water Park, Go Karts, Parasailing, Miner Mike and the new Trampoline Park are all within a few miles.
May restaurant choices from fast food to fine dining. Some are within walking distance. We have waterfront bars, Backwater Jacks, Dog Days & Redhead Yacht Club are within minutes.

Compass Pointe has one of the largest pools at the lake and turns color at night! Zero entry and water buckets make it fun for the kiddos.

Cozy Stay!

Overall this was a great location! We loved the pool and being able to see the boats and such! The property was clean and had all the amenities you need. They are a little strict on having a bath suit layed over a balcony to dry but other than that great! We would stay again!!!

Check in was super easy. They send a code to unlock the door so don’t have to worry about losing a key. Our condo was really close to the pool which my kids loved. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the boats. The property was close to everything we wanted to do and easy to get to and out of the parking lot. The pool was never really busy and was big enough for everyone to enjoy. The kitchen has all the tools to cook with and towels provided. The beds were super comfortable! We will definitely stay again if we ever make it back to the ozarks. My kids had a great first visit here!

Osage Beach getaway

Had a good stay. Grandkids loved the pool. Went on a few hikes at the area parks. Enjoyed a boat ride on the lake. Had some great food at the local restaurants.

Second trip to Osage Beach and the lake of the Ozarks motorcycle rally.

Stayed in compass point condos last year and this year for the lake of the Ozarks motorcycle rally. Loved the location and its accessibility to everything. Condo was great to return to after a day of riding. Will be back next year.

Great location and plenty of space

Short last-minute trip with a friend. Was able to reserve quickly with not a lot of notice. The place suited our needs very well. We've stayed in this condo complex before and would be happy to stay in this unit again.

Moms getaway

We had a relaxing long weekend here. The size was perfect for 3 of us and we each had our own bed. The pool was very close to our condo which was super convenient. My only regret was not having a clearer view of the lake but we walked down to it and took pictures at sunset which was a little hike up and back but worth it.

Easy stay!

We were in town for a high school soccer tournament. So we really only slept there. We didn’t do any cooking. Beds were comfy, it was clean. It’s off season so it was a little stuffy when we got there. But the air came on quick and it was fine. No issues. Very happy and would stay again!

Convenient Location with all you need

Condo is spacious and easily accommodates a family of 5. Tastefully decorated. Kitchen has all you need for easy meal prep including pots, pans, toaster, microwave, coffee maker. Awesome pool! It does smell a bit musty when first arriving, but condo is clean. Couch and love seat very low to ground; so not the most comfortable, but good enough. Close to Wobbly Boots, Randall’s frozen custard, and Dierberg’s grocery.

Very nice! Great location and price!

Easy to find. Great location. Just a glimpse of the lake. We stayed in September after all the vacation crowd was gone. Quiet condo and very comfortable. The furniture in the living room is very very low to the ground so not the best for anyone who has problems getting up. There are about 10 steps down to the condo from the side parking lot. The back parking lot you go up about 10-15 steps, then a small landing, then another 10 steps or so. Host told us this before booking, we don't have a problems with steps, so it wasn't an issue for us. Host was very responsive to my questions prior to arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

Needs attention

It could be a beautiful property if updates were to be made. Needs new living room furniture. Horrible condition. Needs new carpet. Old and carpet mites biting our ankles. Ice maker didn't work. Coffe maker needs replaced. Toilet loose. Couldn't use outside patio. Siding and chairs were fithy.Will not return.

Very nice property

The condo was very clean and suited all our needs. The bedrooms were big and two bathrooms was a plus! The pool looked beautiful and inviting. My only warning to future potential families is be mindful of their cancellation policy. Two weeks before our stay my one son broke his arm. Not ideal for vacay, but we decided to go on the trip anyway. Well, eight days before the trip, my other son broke HIS arm. At that point we wanted to cancel b/c what were we going to do with two kids with broken arms in the land of all water? I reached out to the owners and explained our situation. In a very rude/insensitive/uninterested tone, they asked if we purchased travel insurance (we hadn’t) and said they’ll refund me only if the condo gets booked for the same days. I wasn’t about to take the risk of not being refunded, so we went on the trip, had the most fun we could, and left a day early. Next time, I’ll be more careful about where I book. And if all else, I’ll book at a hotel with a 24 hr notice cancellation policy. Just a friendly fyi for anyone who has kids in sports and could potentially hurt themselves before vacay.

Exceeded Expectations!

This condo was adorable. And way bigger than it looked in the photos. Fully stocked kitchen, adequate towels, soft bedding. We just couldn’t say enough great things. Had a wonderful time and look forward to booking this exact condo again in the future!

Great condo

Love the layout of the condo. Would be great for family with older children. Condo very clean and easy access to the pool. A few of the steps coming down to the condo were a little shaky but everything else was great. Awesome location!
