Seaview Villa er et nyoppført hjem (juni 2017) ved stranden som ligger på en praktfull rosa sandstrand i Nord-Palmetto Point. Kos deg med svømming, snorkling, kajakkpadling og fiske i det krystallblå vannet rett utenfor døren. Avkjøl i vårt store bakkede basseng mens du nyter den fantastiske utsikten over det omkringliggende korallrevet. Åpne de ekspansive, skyvbare glassdørene fra vegg til vegg mot den tropiske brisen og lydene av havet, og slapp av. Seaview Villa har alt du trenger for en perfekt ferie.
Seaview Villa har plass til fester på opptil åtte personer og er perfekt for familier med barn. En plantegning er inkludert i bildeseksjonen. Fasilitetene inkluderer: temperaturstyrt basseng, sentral klimaanlegg, walk-in vaskerom med full størrelse vaskemaskin og tørketrommel, standby-generator, 4000 gallon backup vannforsyning, hele huset vannfiltreringssystem, WiFi / internett, 55 tommer. HDTV med Apple TV og Blu-Ray-spiller, fullt utstyrt kjøkken, utegrill, utendørs dusj, strandstoler og paraply, to toseter havkajakker, og mye mer. Sengetøy og håndklær tilbys også.

Seaview Villa leier av uken med innsjekking / ut på lørdag; unntak vil imidlertid bli vurdert for opphold lenger enn 11 netter. For fester på seks personer eller mindre er leieprisen $ 430 / natt for datoer i 2019 og $ 450 / natt for datoer i 2020 .. For fester over seks personer, påløper en tilleggsavgift på $ 15 / natt for hver ekstra gjest over seks personer.

Reglene for avbestilling av reservasjoner er beskrevet i Seaview Villa Vacation Rental Agreement, som er tilgjengelige for visning når du fullfører en reservasjonsforespørsel. Incredible vacation

We had an amazing time at the Seaview villa! It was our first time to the Bahamas and to Eleuthera what a gorgeous place! We loved spending our days relaxing in the pool and snorkeling right outside the house - fish, spiny lobster and even a reef shark! a day on the water with Fishbone Tours was really fun - sea turtles, sharks, rays and the biggest starfish ever! Mark and Mercy were great and so helpful. Music at Tippys, lunch at the Buchaneer, 3 J's bbq pit, grouper fingers at sunset. all great. a few days collecting sand dollars on the gorgeous Ten Bay beach. A trip of a lifetime!

5 Stars – A Perfect Beachfront Getaway!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beachfront home! The location couldn't be better — steps from the ocean with breathtaking views from sunrise to sunset. The private pool was a huge bonus, especially after long days on the beach. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen, linens, and plenty of space to relax.The host was responsive and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy. If you're looking for a peaceful and scenic place to unwind with friends or family, this is it. We’re already talking about when we can come back!

Great House!!

The house was amazing with great views! My family of 5 stayed for a week and we enjoyed fishing, snorkeling, swimming and exploring the island. The house had everything we needed and having the generator was so nice. I can’t say enough about Mark and Mercy, they were both very responsive and kind. Mark checked in several times to see if we needed anything. Mercy and her husband are so nice and there if you need anything! Hope to stay again.

Great House !!

The home was as described and looks as the picture show !!! Host (Mark) is extremely quick with replies and very helpful !! Beds were very comfortable we had all that we needed at the house for cooking and going to the beach. The pool was fantastic also. You can not go wrong with renting this home ! Great place great owner

The house and view was better than advertised! Beautiful place, everything you need for family or friends stay on the island of Eleuthera. Mark and Mercy were great and very responsive, although we didn’t really need them much. We loved the laid back atmosphere and also enjoyed exploring. Food was all amazing.

Seaview Villa

Great location steps from the ocean! Be aware there are only two bathrooms and they are Jack and Jill. House overall adequate they could step up the landscaping and at least the maintenance and also of the pool. You will have to clean it every day massive amounts of bugs.

Spring break trip with family

We had a great stay! It was the break we all needed. Allowed for an easy going time with the kids. The house had so many supplies it made it easy. I really appreciate how effortless check out was! The pictures don't do it justice. Thank you!

Great Spot in Eleuthera!

Beautiful location and place. My family and I (5 of us) stayed here for a week and absolutely loved it. I would highly recommend it to anyone, and Mark was very responsive. He followed with me several times during our stay.

Seaview Villa

This vacation rental is fantastic. From the pool to steps from the ocean, we couldn't have asked for anything more. We arrived on December 30 and spent a week and were never without anything to do. We snorkeled right at the beach, paddled the double kayaks and relaxed in and around the pool. We did have a few bouts with loss of power but Mercy the caretaker and the owner were very diligent and responsive when it occurred. Would advise buying your produce etc at Island Farms which is just a 10 minute from from the vacation rental. Otherwise there are a couple of small grocery stores in Govenors Harbour. We had a great stay

Great view

House was great for two family's. The heated pool was awesome with fantastic views. The owner Mark is very nice and easy to get a hold of. Things to keep in mind; the beach right out front is rocky but a short walk to a beautiful beach.

Stunning Villa - Exceeded All Expectations!!

The villa was even better than the photos online and the view was spectacular. So clean and fresh, and views of the ocean from all of the front rooms was unbelievable. Our family arrived Christmas Eve and had the fridge fully stocked which saved us for the two first days (Christmas Day and Boxing Day). The communication with the host was exceptional and he replied very quickly and was always checking in on us. The beach’s to the right and to left of the villa were amazing - can walk either way (low tide) for hours and find other amazing beaches for snorkelling and swimming (completely private other than the other people from the other villas on the beach). But we were the only ones on the beach for the entire week. If you want to go to Eleuthera, Seaview Villa is a must for you to stay. Thank you Mark for sharing your villa and Merci for making sure we were set for the Holidays. Great way to start the new year.

Lives up to its name!

My family enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and as pictured. The beds were comfortable. A few extra supplies like bug spray, sunscreen, laundry powder ect. were left in the activity closet. We contributed back as well. Mercy was kind and helpful. Mark even called and checked in. Power was intermittent but that's Eleuthera. We hardly noticed thanks to the generator. I would check in with Mark if the beach is important to you. Unfortunately, my mother could not access the water safely, nor take a walk down the beach as the the area in front of Seaview was all rock while we were there. Thankfully the pool and that view helped soften the disappointment. We understood from the picture that there would be the possibility of some rocks but didn't realize how bad it could be. Lesson learned. Everything else about the house was wonderful!. Lots to love including the neighborhood kitty's that hung around morning and night. We enjoyed trying to get lost and reconnecting with locals we have befriended over the years. Eleuthera is a special place we look forward to our next trip!

Perfect escape for the week

Our family enjoyed a great thanksgiving holiday week at Sea View Villa. The house feels very private with amazing views over the ocean that are constantly changing. The house is clean and suffiently appointed. The caretaker, Merci is wonderful. Great central location if you want to explore the entire island of Eleuthera…which is well worth it in our opinion. Highlights were our fishing trip with Big Mac Fishing and Boat Tours (caught large wahoo and mahi), jumping in the Sapphire Blue Hole, and exploring the many nearby beaches. The weather was a little windier during our stay so the snorkling was far better at Ten Bay Beach and French Leave Beach. We still thoroughly enjoyed swimming in the ocean at Sea View and long walks in both directions at North Palmetto Beach. Feels odd to say the walk north from the house was the more beautiful when either direction is outstanding. The one “wish we had known earlier in our stay” = nearby Eleuthera Island Farm has nearly everything you need grocery-wise for a week’s stay — fresh veggies, fruits, meats, and home baked goods, as well as wine and alcohol. Another tip = stick to the one-lane coastal road to get to Tippy’s rather than going out to the main road like Google Maps suggests. It is very short drive north of the house.

Wonderful

Our family of 6 including 4 young children had a wonderful week here. Comfy beds, plenty of towels and dishes, laundry room, and open layout made this a great family friendly choice. Mark was generous with his knowledge of the island and checked in with us several times. We can’t wait to return to Eleuthera.

Best location on island

The pictures do not fully capture the beauty of Seaview Villa. Best beach and reefs on Eleuthera are right out back. Perched up on a hill, there is a stunning view that never got old and the distance of neighbors made it totally private. There is a nice reef for snorkeling close in to the left and another out 100 yards from it that is loaded with fish. Mark was easy to work with and provides great recommendations of restaurants and things to do. Highlights were Hatchet Bay Caves (bring flashlight as it goes about half mile in), blue holes, boat rental from Spanish Wells (fed turtles, stingrays, and snorkeled Devil's Backbone reef), and day trip to Harbor Island. Being centrally located on he island was good for day trips in both directions. Would also recommend renting the SUV from Merci which was very useful getting to off the beaten path beaches. We were there for two weeks and felt there was still so much left to explore. Already strategizing a return trip.

The Best place to stay in Eleuthera!

We had a wonderful time at Seaview Villa. Mark and Merci were always willing to answer our questions. We had a group of 7 people that included two families. The house provided plenty of space and privacy for large families or multiple groups. We all enjoyed the open floor plan with unbelievable views of the Atlantic ocean. The house and pool were amazing and had everything we needed for our beach vacation. The walkway to the deck overlooking the beach had beautiful views, especially at sunrise. We especially enjoyed walking on the stretch of beach behind our house, kayaking and snorkeling the reefs. The pool was awesome and was great night swimming after dinner. We enjoyed seeing the cruise ships and cargo ships off in the distance at night. Always a must to rent a car and go see other places on the island from Harbour Island, Sapphire Hole, Surfers Beach, Island Made Gift Shop in Gregory Town, Rainbow Bay Beach, Hatch bay Cave, Receivers Beach, Governers Harbour Fish Fry (Friday Nights), and of course Lighthouse Beach. We could have started another week to do more exploring. I would highly recommend staying at Seaview Villas in North Palmetto.

Seaview Villa is a special place

Seaview Villa is better than advertised. This was our 2nd time to Eleuthera and our 1st stay at Seaview Villa. The caretaker, Merci, and the owner, Mark, were both so communicative, generous with their time, and kind. There are certain things that are just "Island Life," like power outages. This home has back-up measures to avoid those inconveniences, and since the week we were there had an unusual amount of outages due to BPL's load shedding, Mark sent the propane folks out there to make sure our generator would be plenty fueled up for our stay. Above & beyond! The pool is a wonderful amenity. The kids and adults both spent quite a bit of time in the pool, as sometimes you just need a break from the ocean. The coolest bird hung out by the pool most days! The view of the ocean is spectacular, and while it's not super calm, it's not rough either. It's just active enough to make the most wonderful background sounds with the small waves crashing in. My architect FIL, who traveled with us, was very impressed by the actual build of the home, the wooden accents, the way it flows from the front door all the way to the water, and especially how efficient the design is - which means - the home is always nice and cool - the a/c works great! The location is a nice jump point to most places on the island, most importantly Ten Bay, which is only like 12 minutes away and is my personal paradise on Earth. We did Stubbs BBQ for Sat lunch, jumped into Sapphire Blue Hole, toured Preacher's Cave, visited several other beaches, the guys did a fishing tour with Capt Bubba at Fishbone (highly recommend), and most of group was happiest just hanging out at the this wonderful house on the beach. Extra notes: kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies, there are extra blankets and comfy beds; the pool loungers, beach chairs and kayaks were nice extras and in great condition, and there are coconuts! If you go, please bring a little something for Merci. She will work her tail off for you and she will really appreciate it.

Paradise!!

Property is exactly as described and shown in pictures. Absolutely stunning house and grounds! Mark and Merci were very responsive and helpful. Remote enough to feel like you have the whole island to yourself but close enough to shops/restaurants to socialize when you want to. Best place to unplug with family and create memories. Loved it and will definitely come back!!

Post-pandemic family reconnection

After two years of canceled vacations because of the pandemic, we needed a place to just get away and to reconnect as a family. Eleuthera and Seaview Villa was the perfect destination and the perfect house for our family of four. The beach was beautiful - filled with reefs and sea life. The pool was inviting and well used by all of us. The amenities of the house were a huge plus. While North Palmetto Point lost power and water service frequently during our stay, it really didn’t affect us as the house has a backup generator and it’s own water cistern. The location was ideal because it was a short drive to grocery stores, urgent care, and restaurants but, yet, far enough away to be very secluded. We shared our beach with no one! Being in central Eleuthera was also nice in that we were easily able to make day trips to the far northern end and far southern end of the island. Any issues we may have had were quickly addressed by Mark and/or Merci. Our family agreed that this was our best vacation yet. Seaview Villa will be on our list for a revisit!

We stayed at Mark’s beautiful villa for two weeks. Our 6th trip to ELU and first time at Seaview. The house is beautiful and exactly as Mark has it listed. Everything you need is there. Mark and Mercy were very accommodating and quick with answers to questions and assistance when/if needed. Had a great time!!

Secluded family vacation

Seaview villa is a great house, exactly as described and pictured. Amazing views, great beach, heated pool and spacious outdoor areas are all right there. Owner very communicative and helpful with a lot of tips and details about the island. House is very well equipped and was very clean. Lots of great places to explore on the island (rental car a must) and beaches to explore. Thanks to Mark for a great week!
