Nicole was an awesome host. Very responsive. The apartment was great. Very clean, very safe neighborhood and within walking distance to all the wonderful restaurants and shops that are located in downtown Huntsville!

The apartment is in a safe and clean area in downtown Huntsville and very close to many restaurants. It is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Nicole was a delight to work with and one of the most responsive property managers we’ve ever worked with.This unit is a walk-down/basement style apartment which might not appeal to everyone.

Hi Laurie! Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review! We’re thrilled you enjoyed the safe, central location, the décor, and all the amenities, and it was a pleasure hosting you. I’m also glad you found me responsive, that’s something we take a lot of pride in. 😊 I do have to admit… seeing a 4-star instead of a 5-star stings a little! Reviews are incredibly important to us, and even a single star can make a big difference for future guests looking for their perfect stay. That said, we completely understand that the walk-down/basement style might not be everyone’s favorite—though we do try to make that clear in our listing including pictures of the stairs. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to welcome you back (or your friends!) to The Monarch Downtown in the future!
