We held a small private wedding ceremony on the front porch of this house, it was perfect. The house owner was easily available to answer questions and the house is beautifully remodeled and clean. We had a wonderful weekend there with our family.

Liked: Location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Check-in, communication
Our stay at the property was unfortunately impacted by several challenges that prevented us from having a comfortable experience. While the home is well‑situated, we encountered repeated issues with the front door jamming and, at one point, failing to lock/unlcock. This created a significant safety concern and added stress during our visit.Additionally, the plumbing throughout the property appeared to be problematic. Both toilets, the showers, and the kitchen sink on 1st floor experienced backups, which made normal use of the facilities difficult with water all over the floors. We also did not have access to the thermostat, and the house consistently remained at approximately 65 degrees. As a result, the interior was uncomfortably cold, particularly during the night, and we were unable to adjust the temperature ourselves.Although the host was courteous, these issues materially affected the quality of our stay. With appropriate repairs, improved maintenance, and guest access to basic amenities such as temperature control, the property has the potential to offer a much better experience.
