VILLA LILAC is a charming waterfront vacation rental with Gulf access by boat and private pool and spa.
This contemporary Villa is surrounded by tropical plants in a quiet neighborhood of Cape Coral.

Amazing long water views down the intersection and 2154 sq. ft. living space on one floor.
One Mastersuite and 2 spacious bedrooms, 3 baths and a good-sized patio and pool deck area. The pool and spa is heatable and you will also find a lounge area and your own boatdock with lift.

The open great room combines a fully equipped brand new kitchen with long breakfast bar and quarz countertops, dining area and living room with large flat screen TV. Enjoy cozy hours on the comfortably large leather couch with views to the canal. The house offers complimentary Wi-Fi and air-condition.

Savor the Florida lifestyle in this very private vacation home with many pleasant hang outs in and outside for joint activities as well as retreat options.
The master bedroom offers a king-size bed, TV, walk-in closet, access to the private terrace via French Doors and the En-suite bathroom.

Pool deck access through bath room and sliding doors in the bedroom 2. Enjoy endless sun hours, ice-cold drinks, read a book on the sunchaise and be impressed by the spectacular water vistas.

Catch some shade in the covered lanai and forget about time and enjoy the moment. Pool and Spa are heated electronically.
The North-East exposure will reward you with the bright display of sunrise colors along the wide sky and you will find the whole day a place for an extensive sunbath.

A large dining table for 6 and a barbecue grill for outdoor eating pleasures, in SW Florida the evenings hours are mild and warm as well. Enjoy the outdoors at all times the screen protects you from unwanted little visitors.

The boatdock is another sunny spot or a starting point for unforgettable boat trips and water adventures. Get a rental boat delivered to your house and watch playful dolphins and manatees or explore the white sandy beaches of Southwest Florida.
The Boat Lift is not available for tenants as the owner's boat is stored on it.

Beautiful, comfortable and relaxing.

The home is well equipped, clean and comfortable. The property manager was prompt to respond to any questions. Tastefully decorated. Plenty of supplies for cooking, going to the beach. Beautiful pool, plenty of chairs and pool toys. We will definately go back!

Absolutely PERFECT!

What an incredible holiday! This home is even better than the pictures. Incredibly clean and impossibly beautiful. Within 5min of arriving we saw a manatee in the canal than that evening we saw an alligator and even dolphins one morning. The neighborhood is so clean and quiet and there's even burrowing owls living up the street! The pool and hot tub were fantastic. Our family had an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay. Publix is 5min away and easy access to Fort Myers and Sanibel Island. Already looking to rebook in 2023. Thank you for hosting such a beautiful property

Perfect for a getaway

We had a great time at this property and enjoyed the heated hot tub and pool the most! It was very convenient to have a bathroom right off the pool area so we didnā€™t get the floors wet in the main living area. It had everything we needed with the exception of laundry detergent. We were supposed to wash towels before we left; however, we had to purchase laundry detergent anyway because we like to wash our clothes before we leave. I didnā€™t notify the property manager for this reason and left the remaining detergent there for the next guests to use. If I would have notified the property manager, Iā€™m sure she would have sent us some. When we tried to use the blender, it didnā€™t turn on even though we tried different outlets. We notified the property manager and a new one was shipped to us! When we arrived, the manager offered to meet us at the house to go over the use of the home. We declined because we were leaving, but I suggest having her come. Iā€™m a visual learner and although the book had pictures with instructions on use of the pool and hot tub, it would have eliminated some unnecessary communication to the property manager. The only downside of our stay was the full garbage can when we arrived and remained full during our 7 day stay (it was picked up on the day we left). We had birds eating it and it was strewn in the neighbors yards later in the week (we did pick it up). We contacted the property manager about this, and she notified the city; the city was going to pick it up but they never came. We asked a friendly neighbor and pick up is on Mondays. The manager had told us it changes so she wasnā€™t sure. The book and online check in had 2 different days. The garbage was on the curb on Monday when we arrived but Iā€™m assuming it was put out later than pick up time. We did store the garbage bags we filled in the garage so we didnā€™t add any more to the bin so the garage did get stinky. However, the manager tried to fix this so with all things said, if there is an issue at all, they are responsive and will try to fix any issues that come up! So, yes, I would book again!

Wonderful family trip.

This property was as advertised if not better. Our kids enjoyed the pool and fishing off the dock every day. The hot tub was wonderful at night time and we couldn't get enough of the views of the canals from a corner lot. The house is setup perfectly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Vacation Home

Villa Lilac holds a special place in my families hearts! This was our first time using VRBO and the process was fairly easy. Overall communication was easy and questions were answered in a timely manner. This house is beautiful inside and out; it was perfect for our family. This trip was more laid back for our family we were able to enjoy the house and local beaches/areas during our week plus stay, it is close to several grocery stores. One night we were able to watch dolphins and manatees swim right outside in the canal. We hope to stay here again in the near future! Our only complaints were the lack of general cleaning supplies, garbage bags, and wishing we knew exact days that cleaners and such were coming to do maintenance inside the leilani. The home was very clean, had extra linens, washer and a dryer, the pool was perfect size and the spa tub was nice in the evenings. The personal touches throughout the house made it feel so welcoming, we enjoyed the art work! Thank you for providing such a beautiful vacation home and for being so accommodating during and before our stay.

Great Stay!

Enjoyed everything about this house . Would HIGHLY recommend. After a 19 hour drive was pretty tired had to contact owners to get in although they had emailed me all info ahead of time , I could not retrieve. Gave them a call and immediately and I mean immediately they got in contact with me . I and my family was so grateful. The pool was amazing. Beds were very comfortable. Really I canā€™t say enough of how they made our vacation great .

Simply Wonderful!

The property is simply beautiful. Well maintained inside and out. The communication and overall response with Caprice and Nadja was so easy. It was a pleasure. We spent the month of February at Villa Lilac and would have spent March there as well but the property was already rented (Darn It!) Thank you Caprice and Nadja for a wonderful month at Villa Lilac.

Very nice

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was close to everything. The only thing to be improved with the house itself would be the living room TV . There is no cable box in the living room, so you are limited to Roku. There was cable in the bedropoms though. It is in a residential neighborhood, so there is not a lot of privacy when you are at the pool. I would very much recommend this place. Brian and Annie
