Kamera House is a spacious, fully independent home just 4 km from the iconic Seitan Limani Beach and close to Akrotiri’s popular shores, while only a 25-minute drive from Chania’s Venetian Harbour. Ideal for families or small groups, it features two double bedrooms, a twin-bed area, a cozy living room, modern bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and a private terrace. Comfort is guaranteed with full air conditioning (4 units), a washing machine, dishwasher, and a TV.

Our independent 92m² house offers both space and comfort, accommodating up to seven guests with one double bedroom, a second bedroom with both a double bed and a twin bed, and an open-plan sleeping area on the upper level with two twin beds.

The ground floor features an open-plan layout with a cozy kitchen and living area, including two sofas, a coffee table, and a 43” Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining table, modern appliances, a washing machine, and a dishwasher, while the home also offers a bathroom with a shower.

Guests can unwind on the spacious terraces, ideal for relaxing, while the fenced and secure outdoor areas make the property a perfect choice for families with children.

Kamera House is located in Chordaki, in the Akrotiri region to the east of Chania, just 4 km from one of the area's most iconic beaches, Seitan Limani. It is also within easy reach of other well-known Akrotiri beaches, such as Stavros, Kalathas, Tersanas, and Marathi.

Stavros Beach, just a short drive from the house, is a stunning sandy cove ideal for relaxed seaside days. The beach offers both organized areas with sunbeds and umbrellas, as well as unspoiled spots where you can enjoy the sea in a more natural setting. A favorite among locals, it remains charmingly low-key despite its popularity. Numerous taverns serve fresh fish and other local Cretan delicacies. The dramatic rocky hill at one end of the bay is famous as the filming location for the iconic dance scene in Zorba the Greek, starring Anthony Quinn.

Just an 18-minute drive away lies the town of Kounoupidiana, where you’ll find everything you need — from shops, supermarkets, and ATMs to pharmacies, cafés, and restaurants. Kalathas Beach is equipped with organized facilities, including beach bars, waterfront tavernas, sun loungers, and parasols, offering a relaxing and enjoyable beach experience.

The residence is also conveniently located just 7 km from Chania International Airport and a short drive from the vibrant center of Chania.
