Modern 2B/2B home in Fort Myers Beach

Newly redecorated , 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Master bedroom with new king bed, mattress, 2 night stands, dresser and large closet, guest bedroom has a new queen bed, mattress, 2 nights stands and dresser. The home has flat screen smart TV's in both bedrooms and living room. Fully equipped kitchen and in house laundry facilities. A screened in lanai off the front of the house to enjoy your morning coffee. Also have 2 bicycles to embark on a leisurely ride throughout the community or enjoy the views on a 15 min ride to the beach. The Lee Tran kiosk is conveniently located at the front of our park as well as having a Walmart right across the road. This home is nestled in Sun Resorts and Residences Fort Myers Beach, formally known as Indian Creek which is located 3 miles from Times Square at Fort Myers Beach. At this time we have an activity room, 2 pools, pickle ball and tennis courts available for your use. There is a monthly newsletter provided to give updates on activities in the park. The park adjoining us - Sun Resorts & Residences, Gateway to Sanibel (formerly Siesta Bay) has a few more operational amenities such as billiards, darts, and a hot tub. We have full access to everything next door. If it's not a beach day you could enjoy fishing charters, dinner cruises, pontoon boat rentals, mini golf, Key West Express and many restaurants for dining pleasure. There are numerous shopping boutiques as well as big name stores, lots of thrift and antique stores for treasure hunting.

On September 28/2022 our home, our park and Fort Myers Beach was devastated by Hurricane Ian. We were determined to rebuild our home and stayed strong throughout the process. The Town of Fort Myers Beach has come together to rebuild and renew the area, attempting to surpass what it was. The pier which was the heart of Times Square is gone but the beautiful sunsets continue. It may not be the Fort Myers Beach you remember but you can still create new memories, one day at a time!!

Fabulous Home for a week

What a beautiful property! So very clean and nice, with everything you could possibly need for a great stay and then some. It's beautifully decorated, furniture is comfortable, kitchen is great to work in. Plus the resort has a great pool, hot tub and really friendly people. Lots of great restaurants nearby, and Wal-Mart is across the street if you need anything.

What a great 3 weeks, in great part due to this little cottage!Very comfortable; had everything we needed to feel at home. Outside screened patio deck was a bonus. Barbecue grill was a huge plus. Owner was very responsive with any questions we had.We’ve been coming to this area for 13 years, this location specifically for 10 years prior to Ian. This cottage was the mercies of all of our previous rentals. Will definitely try to stay again next year for our annual trip.

We enjoyed our experience. The rental was perfect. The people in the RV Park were super welcoming and friendly! We had everything we needed. The rental was extremely comfortable and convenient to beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and other events happening in the area. We even had Bikes. Best Property

This stay for 9 days was honestly the best since we chose this property!! We enjoyed the activities within the park like card bingo, bingo, and water aerobics. We met some lovely lifelong friends! The property---so beautiful inside and out. NOT one thing did we need when we checked in. Had all toiletries, towels, cleaning supplies...it was literally our home for 9 days and it was homey and clean. We left 2 rafts for future guests to enjoy! There is literqally not one thing I would change. We grilled, drove around to pools in the golf cart and enjoyed watching TV in the king bed. Communiction w Mike, Kelly and Vera the caretaker was phenominal. I could not have asked for a better property or experience w VRBO since it was our first. I will be renting again next year!! Thanks for opening the home to us.

Beautiful rental, excellent location and property amenities. It was so nice I offered to buy it..they said no so I purchase another unit in Indian Creek..it's an amazing property and close to everything!

Indian Creek RV Resort

Awesome Vacations!!

It was our very first time in Fort Myers Beach and we completely loved every minute. The house was everything we expected and exactly accurate with the listing. Mike & Kelly the owners were wonderful hosts, collaborative at all times and they were very attentive to all the details. Definitely an excellent “price-service rendered” offer. Location of the community couldn’t be better, 10 minutes from the beach, 30 minutes from Sanibel Beach and 45 minutes from Captiva Island, plus Walmart across the street, a mall 15 minutes away; the location is surrounded by all kind of services and stores. The house had all the amenities needed. If y’all are one couple or maximum two this is definitely the place you want to rent for your stay. No doubts that we will return to Ft.Myers Beach and we will return also to stay at Mike’s & Kelly’s home. Thank you for being a part of an awesome vacation time!! Ed & Sandra Nashville, TN

A beautiful home close to shopping and beaches, the owner was so wonderful called and explained everything prior to stay. Enjoyed all the amenities of a beautifully maintained park. The rental included the use of a golf cart and two bikes that we enjoyed daily. Highly recommend the rental will definitely go back in the near future.

We have travelled all over the state of Florida vacationing and once we found Sun Resorts and Residences in Fort Myers Beach, we knew we had found the place we want to come every year. The shopping, restaurants, boating, beaches and pools at our disposal are second to none. We hope you decide to come to Fort Myers beach and enjoy it as much as we do

Why they chose this property

The park's location is truly what attracted us the most, close enough to the beach and all the festivities without a long drive. Walmart is across the road and Publix a block away for quick grocery shopping. Mini golf at the front of the park is an added bonus.
