We would love to have more parking in the back however, the city doesn't techically consider that approved parking. In the summer most guests don't have an issue finding parking on the street. HI Carolyn, I am sorry about the mattress sometimes its a matter of preference. I replaced all the mattress last year. Please could you tell me, which room? I will check that matress and just to note cleaning staff only come on Saturdays mornings. Those guests upstairs left early that Friday. I already Contacted Vrbo and my lawyer and they confirmed that this adult renting for underage children did violate my rules, no under age rentals, no one under age of 25, and that they all broke the laws. Secondly police were called twice once by neighbors, who happens to be a police offer, reporting a stolen bike by the kids, this mother left unattended. She lied to my upstairs neighbor and told her these were college seniors. She falsified information on Vrbo documenting seven adults, and there were not seven adults in fact underage children I found out later, that I thought were over 21. I tried to give them benefit of the doubt when I arrived. However, once the neighbors complained To the police that these groups of kids stole a bike and apparently were terrorizing neighborhood the whole week, such as fists fights, and driving drunk down the street the lease was broken and they left per my strong request. I had the ocean city police confiscate marijuana that was found after they left and documented. They had no respect for my place, trash all over the floor, beer soaked carpet and flooring, which had to be replaced. My house was trashed, my mirror was broken, hole in my wall bathroom, and blue dye on my walls. I have pictures, police documentation, and several witness. I definitely would not have her stay at your place as her kids will trash it and she will presumed to stay then leave them there unattended and as per my tenants upstairs. She’s a manipulator.
