Exactly as photos, neat; clean; not cluttered which is appreciated; stocked kitchen with all essentials for cooking ; quality dishes and pans; cutlery. Fabulous location to pool and beach !! We didn’t have a rental car and were able to walk everywhere needed. Used golf cart to get groceries. Perfect vacation.

First off let me say that my husband and I ran our own vacation rental on the ocean in Daytona Beach Shores for 12 years. We rented 300 nights a year and had five stars with hundreds of reviews. So I’m going to be as honest and helpful as I can. The place is quite nice and clean. The golf cart is a very nice perk. The owner was very communicative and seemed nice. We had a few hiccups during our stay- one my fault, one the owners fault and one the complex’s with charging the golf cart. The only issue we had was with the supplies. They have a bunch of extra pillows but no pillow cases for them. There was only one kitchen towel. So when one of us spilled a drink and used it, we had no other towel so I had to wash it and dry it for a four night stay. When I asked the owner about where to find the pillow cases I must say I did get a very strange response to that. Not to have extra bedding or towels available was just crazy to us. The other couple staying with us travel all over the world and we’re also so baffled by this. I am only writing this so that you bring your own extra pillow cases and towels if you might need them. I would not stop this from renting this place at all because it was very nice, I just think that the owners are new to running a vacation rental. So I am hoping they will take this as constructive criticism. We appreciate them allowing us to rent from them.
