Beautiful apartment Stela with private pool and whirlpool

This holiday apartment with a whirlpool and swimming pool is located on a hilly terrain in a small village of Gornje Sitno. It is situated on the first floor and comprises three bedrooms, a bathroom, well equipped kitchen whit a living room, from where there is an exit onto the terrace. At the very entrance, there is a covered terrace with a barbeque and view on the greenery and landscape, which will be ideal for socializing.Full air conditioning. The swimming pool is exclusively at guests disposal.The pool area is equipped with music. In Stobrec and Podstrana you can find beautiful pebble baeches as well as numerous for both adults and children.Every day you can enjoy in the pool and walks in mountain trails, climbing on our mountain cliff or riding mountain bike. The food that we can get our guests is ecological and produced in this small pastoral village.
As a bonus you have opportunity to eat organic vegetable that owner grows just for your use on field next to the property, believe me, the taste of that season vegetables is something else. Owner pics them early in morning while discreetly cleaning the pool and leaves it on the table just for you (no charge).

We had a really enjoyable 2-week stay at Apartment Stela. Whilst the location is a little challenging to reach, once you have done it once or twice then itā€™s fine and itā€™s definitely worth it. The Apartment itself is spacious, clean and very well equipped but the main attraction has to be the stunning views. The outdoor space is private and the surroundings are peaceful, we spent many late afternoons / early evenings around the pool and hot tub watching the sunset over the hills. Å piro was an excellent host, leaving some welcome food and drink in the fridge for our arrival and regularly being in touch to check we were OK and whether we needed anything. In terms of general location and things to do in the area, Omis is a town on the coast about 25 minutes drive and Split is about the same distance in the other direction. Trogir is about 45 minutes away. We did a mixture of sightseeing and activities including zip lining and rafting on the Cetina river, both of which are close by and highly recommended. A big thanks to Å piro and his parents who live above the apartment and who were very friendly and welcoming!

My boyfriend and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Spiro's property. From the moment we arrived, Spiro made us feel incredibly welcomeā€”he even greeted us with a beautifully prepared cheese plate and bottles of his own handcrafted wine, which were truly delicious and such a special touch.The location, while a bit challenging to get to, was completely worth it. The views were absolutely breathtaking and made for an unforgettable experience. Very nice relaxing appartment

We really enjoyed our stay in this very nice and relaxing appartment. The Pool ist great. The host was also very nice and even provided some local food (cheese and ham) and beverages for the first day. He speaks fluently english. We can only recommend staying here.

We loved our stay at Å piroā€™s place for the second week of our holiday. Itā€™s lovely inside. Very spacious and modern with AC throughout, which was lovely. We spent most of our time by the pool area which is lovely and has a great view of the valley. We even had fresh figs and plums from the garden available to eat whenever we wanted. Weā€™d love to stay there again. Cheers

Very nice holiday home with swimming pool and jacuzzi in the mountains!

Very good! Spiro is a great host! a stocked refrigerator upon arrival šŸ‘Œ and we were allowed to enjoy unlimited house wine šŸ‘ everything is very neat and clean. a very spacious stay. temperature was pleasant. The house has shutters all around. We didn't even have the air conditioning on all the time. Breakfast outside under the canopy every day. and a large BBQ for the evening. Split and Omis nearby. We even went from Omis to Makarska Riviera for a day with scooters, beautiful! we had a good stay. Spiro's parents live above it. We were not bothered by that, we had more than enough privacy in the house. in short, highly recommended. Who wants to enjoy a house with a swimming pool and Jacuzzi in Croatia!

Great base for Split, Trogir and the area

Simple, clean accommodation with a great pool. Friends advised us not to stay in Split and this was a great choice. Property is smoker friendly, we had a problem with the a/c but Spiro resolved same day. Would return if in the area.

Stunning apartment in beautiful location

We had a fantastic week here. Spiro was so welcoming and was so thoughtful in preparing some food and drink for us after a long journey. The apartment is very well appointed and the terrace with pool, hot tub, BBQ and covered eating area was just lovely. This was a true gem of a place to stay. The views from the apartment are stunning and the sunsets were spectacular from the terrace. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Wir hatten eine sehr schƶne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus. Viele SehenswĆ¼rdigkeiten ( Split, Omis, Trogir, Sibenik, Krka-Nationalpark, herrliche StrƤnde )sind gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter Spiro ist ƤuƟerst gastfreundlich und zuvorkommend. Pool und Whirlpool sind hervorragend und die Gesamtausstattung des Hauses ist optimal. Sehr empfehlenswert!

An amazing place to stay. Superb!!

We had a wonderful week in Spiro's villa. We had a very warm welcome, including wine, bread, cheese and a ham platter. Spiro also said we could pick produce from the family's garden including figs, tomatoes and cucumbers - a really nice gesture. The swimming pool, hot tub and outside area was superb - spacious and with lovely views. They were the perfect hosts: friendly but not intrusive. Spiro, gave us suggestions on where we could visit including beeches, markets and restaurant suggestions. This was a very relaxing and pleasant place to stay and only 25 minutes from central Split. Perfect accommodation and hosts and very clean and tidy inside and out. We would highly recommend Spiro's villa it has everything you need. Thanks Leon & Nicola.

Prachtig gelegen huis als iitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in het huis van Spiro. Hij is een uitzonderlijke goeie gastheer die ons het gevoel gaf helemaal thuis te zijn. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien. We mochten zelfs onze electrische auto opladen op de property. En we kregen heerlijke verse biologische groenten uit eigen tuin. Met bij aankomst een gevulde ijskast met drinken, watermeloen en hapjes. Al met al, geweldig! Dankje Spiro voor de goeie zorgen.

We had a top vacation in this property. Swimmingpool and jacuzzi were cleaned every morning by the owner. We also received some vegetables from the garden and no questions was to much for Stiro. We certainly recommend a stay in this property.

Ein wunderschƶner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war genau so wie es im Inserat beschrieben war. Alles war sauber und wir wurden mit vielen lieben Aufmerksamkeiten nach der langen Autofahrt begrĆ¼ĆŸt. Unsere Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und wir Erwachsenen haben den tollen Ausblick und den warmen Whirlpool sehr genossen. Fantastic Family Holiday 5*

What a fabulous villa and location, we visited for two weeks with our children (7 yrs and 10 yrs), the Villa is exceptionally well kept and has everything you will need, Spiro also left us a whole array of goodies for when we arrived including watermelon, ham and cheese platter and an array of his family produced wine and liquorā€™s . It was a wonderful welcome after arriving quite late in the evening. The Villa is in an excellent location for exploring, especially the more family friendly areas towards Omis, we also went to the starry night Observatory which is only 10 minutes away and the children really loved that. As well as the Krka waterfalls, Trogir and a whole array of different forts to explore nearby. Spiro is an excellent host and was available to recommend restaurants and give advice on days out etc, even managed to find us number ella stand we needed for the beach. You will need a car, only thing to be aware of is the villa has a steep drive that can be quite hard to turn in. The sunsets from the villa are amazing! Would highly recommend a stay at this villa.

Great property and location for exploring the area

Excellent property that has everything we required - beautiful pool, hot tub, outside seating, eating area, bbq, outside speaker with bluetooth, darts. Inside - good aircon throughout, new kitchen, good tv with playstation and games. Our host Spiro could not have been nicer or more helpful - some beautiful food and wine to welcome us, advice and help for shops and trips. The location is off the beaten track - 20 mins from Podstrana and Split and the same from Omis in the other direction. We enjoyed a day lazing at pool then a day out - We took car on ferry to Brac Island, hired a speedboat to the lagoon and Trogir, did the zipline over Cetina river at Omis - would recommend all of these. Perfect family stay

We had such a relaxing stay at this beautiful property. The views are stunning and we loved being away from the ā€œhustle and bustleā€ of the main towns but still within easy access of them by car. The apartment had plenty of space and was very well equipped with everything we needed. Spiro was extremely welcoming and hospitable, he stocked the fridge with lots for us to enjoy! He also cleaned our pool every morning, before we were awake so it was very inviting when we stepped outside onto the terrace. He gave us lots of recommendations for places to visit which was really helpful and in general he was just so lovely. It was a perfect stay for me, my husband and my 2.5 year old. Thank you!

Privater Pool mit Ausblick abseits vom Trubel und doch nah an allen Ausflugszielen

Wir haben 9 sehr erholsame Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und die PrivatsphƤre und den Pool so ganz fĆ¼r uns sehr genossen. Spiro ist ein toller Gastgeber, der immer fĆ¼r Fragen zur VerfĆ¼gung steht (Tipps fĆ¼r Einkaufen, Restaurants, StrƤnde, AusflĆ¼ge gibt er gerne). BegrĆ¼ĆŸt wurden wir mit einem gefĆ¼llten KĆ¼hlschrank und GetrƤnken ā€“ ein toller Service nach der langen Anreise. Immer wieder fanden wir morgens frische Feigen aus dem eigenen Garten in einer Schale auf der Terrasse. Die Wohnung ist groƟzĆ¼gig, sauber und die KĆ¼che funktionell mit den wesentlichen Dingen ausgestattet. Die Lage am Hang oberhalb eines Tals ca. 10 km von der KĆ¼ste hat uns sehr gefallen; wir haben die Ruhe, den Ausblick, die tƤglichen SonnenuntergƤnge auf der Terrasse am Pool und den Sternenhimmel bei Nacht genossen. Abseits vom Trubel und doch nicht weit von vielen Ausflugszielen ā€“ fĆ¼r uns hat das einfach gepasst. Zum Einkaufen oder abends mal nach Omis oder Split fƤhrt man 15-25 Minuten, Trogir, Sibenik oder der Nationalpark Krka sind ebenfalls gut erreichbare Ausflugsziele. Wenn nochmal Dalmatien, dann gerne wieder hier!
