We really enjoyed the house. It was warm and welcoming. The location of the home was close to main roads which made getting around easy.

The basement stairs are very hazardous, a big lip on each step & my 4 year old fell down then & fractured his leg our first night. The setup of the house was nice. Smelled like pet urine in some places & the floors weren’t very clean.

Your review is a joke. The picture of our stairs going downstairs that you sent us has the handrail in the picture. If your 4yr can't hold onto a handrail while walking down normal house stairs, then maybe as a mother, you should help him instead of blaming the stairs. Funny that neither VRBO Support nor the Hosts saw ANY Documentation from a Dr or ER Visit. Shame on you for lying!

The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The house accommodated our family. The only complaint was that the floors and baseboards were very dirty and there was no broom or mop to allow us to clean.
