Perfectly located to all major attractions in Colorado Springs, close to Hwy I - 25 and Academy Boulevard. Your vacation home is just 15 minutes from the Air Force Academy s south gate, 15 minutes from UCCS University. Just minutes away from Park, movie theaters, shopping, entertainment and many great restaurants. This home is perfect for attending Air Force Academy events or exploring other area attractions such as Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Manitou Springs, Cave of the Winds, The Broadmoor Hotel and many more attractions.

We know you don't like leaving family behind so pets are welcome. Non smoking. The kitchen is very well equipped with a Keurig, Coffee Pot, utensils, pots, pans, chinaware, baking dishes, full size microwave, stove, fridge, oven, cozy breakfast nook with Two bar stools. The family room has a cozy fireplace and a 75 in flat screen TV with High Speed Xfinity WiFi and board games.

We also have a foldable crib, Highchair, Stroller available if needed.

We immediately felt at home in this property. The area was safe and central location to get to all attractions. The house itself was clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Chad the host did an amazing job and ensured we were able to enjoy our vacation. I would stay here again!

Chad was great to work with. I had made my reservation over a year in advance and didn’t realize until a month prior that I needed an extra day, and luckily he accommodated us easily.We appreciated how well stocked the home was, along with the added touch of milk and OJ. Soap and shampoo, along with extra towels were a welcome addition. Basically, Chad runs a great VRBO experience

Our trip was great and our accommodations were outstanding. Very clean and the owner went above and beyond to make us feel at home. There were plenty of snacks, drinks, board games and anything you could think of, far better than a hotel. They also were gracious to work with us on the arrival time since our flight got in early. One evening we saw two deer walking up the street. A wonderful location and we would highly recommend and stay at this place again. Thank you to the owners for helping to make our trip truly unforgettable.

I couldn't be happier about the house we stayed in for our short trip to Colorado Springs. It was indeed cozy and fulfilled all our needs. It was exceptionally clean and fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable. The house location was close to everything, so we never had to travel very far. The host always answered my emails promptly and was very nice. I would highly recommend this house for your vacation needs.
