Family friendly WATERFRONT home with private beach.

Welcome to our lakefront home perfect for a tranquil getaway. Private beach, neighborhood boat ramp and designated swimming area is just two doors down. Family friendly relax and watch the kids play on the beach. Minutes to Jamestown, Newport and the Block Island Ferry. State, town and Ocean "Secret beaches" are nearby. The Narrow River leads to the Ocean. Kayaking, Fishing, paddle boarding, sailing, Water Skiing, and Jet Skis are allowed on the river. Enjoy the convenience of on-sight laundry, WiFi and AC during your stay. The 2 bathrooms offer both a shower and bathtub for your comfort. We have a screened porch to relax on. Play some games in our large yard, BBQ or sit by our fire pit after a long day exploring. We are minutes to it all yet just far enough away to be outside of the fray.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We had a great time at the property. It was nice to be so close to the water, which was fun to kayak, swim, and fish in. The house was plenty large enough for our group, and had a nice camp-like feel. We were happy with large kitchen, two bathrooms, and A/C in each room when needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location. House was great. Needs some updating inside, the paneling inside could be updated. Emily was awesome with responding, really no issues. Would definitely rent again.

This is a wonderful place to be if you love being on the water. It’s so nice to just step outside the door and down just a few steps to get into nice, swimmable water. The house is in a small cove so it’s somewhat protected and calm most of the time. The porch is also a great place to sit and look out over the water over your morning coffee or evening cocktail. There are lots of chairs for sitting out in the backyard and just enjoying the peacefulness! The house is definitely older but it has everything you need. Best to bring some multi-plugs or extension cords since these older homes lack the number of outlets our electronics require these days. It’s all very workable. There are plenty of things to do in the area including going to Block Island ( the ferry is about 30 minutes away), visiting Newport and going to local beaches. And of course there’s the little beach just a one minute walk away. The host is very responsive and easy to work with.
