Great House

Our second time renting and it was very nice. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, bed are comfortable and backyard is very cozy.. Great vacation close to everything!

Wonderful Stay

If you're looking for a beautifully updated home with plenty of room for family to visit this is the place! This home is well stocked and very clean. The fenced in yard is a plus for small children and pets. Highly recommend!

The house was lovely and well maintained. However, we found it very odd that bed pillows were not included. I understood that we needed to bring sheets and pillowcases, but it did not occur to me that we would have to bring pillows. In all the years of renting vacation homes, this was the first time that pillows were part of the "bedding."

Exquisite Family Vacation

Our family (including our dog) had an amazing stay at this home. It was very welcoming, clean, and just the right size. We enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood, while still only minutes away from the ocean. Our dog loved having a fenced in yard to play in. Kyle responded to any questions we had very quickly. He was also kind and patient with my inquires about the property. I would highly recommend staying here.

Family vaca with adult children

This house was a great place to stay as a family. We have adult children that each need their own space and the bedroom layout was great and 6 adults fit perfectly. House was updated, very cute and very clean. Fenced yard was wonderful to hang around in at the end of the day. Location was great. Kyle was very easy to communicate with and an easy host to deal with. Hoping we will be back in the future!

Grammy and Grampy Get Away a big Success!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this easy-living, dog friendly, spotless home. Owners were wonderful and everything was as expected if not better. Walk to kayaking, kid park a mile the other way that our dog loved for playing fetch before we set out for a day of fun and sun at the phenomenal beaches. Owners ideas were great and helped round out our activities. Outdoor shower and fire pit made fenced in yard a real joy after a day’s fun. Area is great for bike riding so would recommend. We had little ones so left bikes at home. Two wonderful weeks exploring and relaxing - worth every penny!

Great house and location.

Very nice, updated house in a great location. Plenty of room for a family and the enclosed, private yard was pleasant to hang out in and relax after the beach. The outdoor shower was one of the best parts of the week! One comment for future renters - please be considerate of the next guests to come and organize your garbage as pickup is on Tuesdays so you essentially take care of the previous renters garbage. I was left with overflowing garbage and doggie poop bags not put in the garbage. Wasn't pleasant and could be avoided if everyone is considerate of the next guests to come!

Great Home - 2018 Family Vacation!

We have rented summer vacation homes from multiple sites for many years now, and this is by far, one of the nicest homes we've stayed in. In fact, this is the first time that we are taking the time to share this information via a review! The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. It was well stocked with cleaning supplies, paper goods, spices, pots and pans, small appliances, cooking utensils, etc., which was much appreciated. We were able to enjoy s'mores on multiple nights out by the fire pit, which was a big hit with the kids. The house is very centrally located and it's a short drive to Newport, Point Judith or the area beaches! We took a day trip to Block Island from Point Judith where we were able to rent mopeds to drive around and check it out. Unfortunately there just wasn't enough time to take advantage of the kayaks! The owners were very responsive to all questions. We have nothing but good memories of this place and hope to be able to return.

Great stay for family of 4 and our pup

We had a great stay at Kyle’s property. The house was very clean, bright and well stocked and worked so well for our family with two teens. Plenty of space for everyone to have alone time but also great communal space in the living room/dining room. Air conditioning was helpful as there were some really hot days. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog and she loved morning walks to see ducks and boats at Middlebridge marina. Outdoor shower was a nice bonus. Location is ideal for beach trips, hikes and shopping. We enjoyed Narragansett Town Beach, Scarborough Beach and Compasss Rose dog beach where our poodle mix learned to swim. We started our mornings with iced coffee from Fuel coffee shop, got pizza from Pasquale’s and ice cream at Brinkley’s. We timed our trip with a WaterFire lighting in Providence and enjoyed an amazing night in the city. Kyle was an excellent host and quickly responsive to all our questions. Check in was so simple and the house guidebook was very helpful. Our vacation week went too fast—we are already talking about what to do next summer and staying at this property again.

Nice location close to beach

home was well decorated and clean, fenced backyard was nice and secluded. Stocked with supplies and happy to have the AC's and fans to stay comfortable.. outdoor shower was great!

Great experience at this recently renovated home in the Narragansett area

We had a great experience from start to finish at this recently renovated property in the Narragansett area. Kyle was very responsive and helpful with the reservation and check-in process. The home is clean and comfortable, as advertised. The neighborhood is quiet, yet conveniently accessible to restaurants, shops, beaches, and local attractions. Summer rental in Rhode Island for our family

The house is lovely, totally renovated, and spotless as far as cleanliness. The backyard was great for our two little dogs to go out in. The area is lovely and includes kayaking down the road. I definitely recommend this place.

Lovely home!

We enjoyed our stay at this charming property very much. The house is nicely furnished and well laid out. It was close to the beaches and had a nice backyard, perfect for pets and children to play. Nice to have two dining areas, one in the kitchen and one in the living area. My niece enjoyed toasting marshmallows in the backyard firepit!
