Pet-friendly and located between the ocean and sound with beautiful views off 3 decks. Nicely equipped kitchen and having laundry was really convenient. My only complaints are that the stairs gate off the main deck need to be improved as it is too easy for a dog to go between the slats and escape (happened to me and I definitely panicked); back and side yards need improvement to eliminate the sand spurs/stickers. Although we didn't actually use the equipment (bikes, cooler, beach chairs, etc.), having available is a nice benefit. Very responsive hosts when we needed them.

This townhouse checked all the boxes for our stay. It was clean, well stocked, nicely decorated and a prime location. Will plan to stay here again.

Great location

We loved our recent stay. You can't beat the location and the place had everything we needed but a BBQ. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit Wilmington.

Great Place

This property is great and this is our third time staying here. It's clean and well furnished. The location is perfect and you can quickly get to the beach or to downtown Wrightsville!

Love this pet friendly property!

We loved staying in this exceptionally clean, well maintained and convenient property that was only steps from the beach! We loved that we were able to bring our dog as well.

Great Location

We enjoyed staying at this property just a few steps away from the beach. Easy to get to all the good restaurants and shopping. Beautiful property with lots of deck space.

Location is amazing!

Wrightsville Beach Wedding

Location was perfect, beach was gorgeous. My only word of caution would be if you can't handle stairs this may not be your ideal location. We had a great time!

Nice Beach home

Came into town for a long weekend to visit our son who is a student at UNCW. Picked this home and we thoroughly enjoyed the home. It’s clean, nicely updated and steps from the ocean.

Tennis tournament

You couldn’t ask for a better location. Walking distance to bars, restaurants and shops. It was so nice to be that close to the ocean as well. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and the floor plan was great.

This is a great location! Steps from the beach access and a short walk to town. I will say although the house was overall clean it had a strong urine smell but not dog urine with a strong deodorizer smell trying to mask it Also the furnishings were not as shown in the listing. They were old and not very stylish Also the sofa in the family room was slipcovers and seemed very dirty Pillows and bedding and linens could also use a makeover For the money and location it’s a good rental but could be much better

Wonderful Place!

Such a great home! Very spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms were very good size, super duper close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Plenty of towels, dishes, and full size washer and dryer. Good view of the ocean from the top balcony. Listing did say beach chairs and beach wagon included but they were not at the home. We didn’t really need them though. Will stay here again!

Great house and location!

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised how clean it was. We have stayed at many rentals and always had to have housekeeping come back to clean. The house location was steps from the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. The home was so nicely decorated and up to date. It was also well equipped with beach items like chairs, cooler, beach towels and umbrella. Check in and check out was so easy! Sea Scape Properties kept in touch with us throughout the entire stay. We will definitely be back!

Nice Townhome in a great location

We chose to rent this town home for a week, first because of the pictures on the website and is walking distance to everything you need, Grocery, Restaurants and shops. It is a pet friendly rental which we brought our small dog. The place is very nicely decorated and it was perfect for our stay. I also liked that it had 2 bedrooms with king size beds and another bedroom for kids which was perfect for our group. Large TVs in the living room and all 3 bedrooms. They supplied everything you need except food, including bicycles, chairs and cart. Another great thing it was a keyless entry porperty so you did not have to stop to pick up a key and paperwork. We received all our information through meail. Overall it is Great place stay.

Improved rental unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed here numerous times. We "settled" for what previous owner had provided because the location is great. New owner has made a few upgrades and we were pleased. Beds were comfortable and unit was stocked with TP,zip lock bags & other kitchen supplies. Ice maker in refrigerator doesn't work and 2 burners on stove are unusable. As unit has new owner, I'm sure these will be updated . Check in was easy with keyless code.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Surf and Turf in November 2020. The house was updated and had everything we needed. The kitchen is updated and equipped with most items you need for basic cooking (Cookie sheet, spatula, pans, etc.) The bedrooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and we really appreciated that each bedroom has its own full bathroom. Off the garage is a mini landing area with a door to the back (grill, outdoor shower, storage). The kitchen level has a great covered deck right off the living room with a great table. The TH is steps to the beach and restaurants, Roberts and a little gift shop. The BEST location and it makes a big difference.

Wrightsville Beach condo

Nice place in a good location but in need of a good deal of touching up. While I understand that a beach property is going to get used hard, the carpets were very stained, the couch seemed a bit grubby (to the point that we put a sheet over it before sitting on it), and the decks had a lot of mildew stains on them making them rather unappealing. The place looked much brighter in the pictures. I felt that the rental was rather expensive for what we got, not to mention that there was a very substantial pet fee for two well-behaved dogs. Property manager didn't seem to care that we were not pleased with the condition of the property or want to do anything about it.
