Check in was smooth, rental management company just took it over so there are a few things.Water filter was expired in the fridge. Microwave quit working they did bring us a loaner.Does cone with 4 bikes and location is close to the pool.Once the new rental company gets on top of it should be a nice place.

Shabby living room furniture chair was stained rug ravelled, cold water sink handle would not work in bathroom , air conditioner was frozen. Just seemed the whole place needed some attention. Was not worth the price
