Comfortable and spacious, this 2 bedroom loft in Circa 1849 building overlooking Broughton Street in Historic Savannah is the perfect 'home away from home'. Located in the heart of everything, enjoy upscale shopping and dining just outside your door. Like to people watch? It doesn't get any better than this. Watch the crowds milling around on Broughton Street down below as you sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening cocktail. Take in the fabulous view of the Talmadge Bridge out the 10 foot high arched windows. Just steps from Telfair Square and Telfair Museum of Art, City Market, River Street and many great restaurants, including Paula Deen's Lady and Sons so close to everything that you can park your car and forget about it! Each bedroom has its own attached bathroom. The front bedroom has a King bed and the back bedroom has a Queen. There are 2 twin rollaway beds present in the unit, allowing it to sleep 6 in beds. We are lucky to have a 24/7 garage access card for our guests at this condo. The garage is one block away from the building and parking for one car is covered with a small fee. RETURN our GARAGE CARD to avoid a replacement fee
Unopened water or soft drinks may be left for the housekeeper if desired. Opened food & drinks should go in trash, ideally the outdoor dumpster in alley by Post Office parking lot if any odor
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is no refund of your initial booking payment. If you cancel before your balance is due you will not be charged the balance

We loved the stay. The only problems were a broken elevator on the first day and wasps were coming into one of the bedrooms through window cracks. The elevator was quickly fixed, and the host said that they will definitely spray to get rid of the wasp problem.

Clean apartment - decor was up to date , rooms were spacious. Location was perfect walking distance to all things Savannah. Would highly recommended staying here and I will put it in my favorite list for when I come back

Location is everything! Right in the middle of shopping and dining- We walked everywhere or took the hop on-hop off trolley- we had the very best vacation in Savannah. Previous reviews mentioned the street noise and there was plenty of that but room fans helped a great deal. Good water pressure, very clean. The bed in the primary bedroom should be replaced. Wonderful host

This was the perfect spot for our girls weekend! The location was central to all the things we wanted to do. It is loud at night so ear plugs are a must on the weekends if you have trouble with noise but it didn't bother us.
