Este es un hermoso estudio de arriba construido a medida ubicado en la parte norte de Charleston. Un barrio platónico, residencial, no pintoresco. Si desea alojamiento seguro, acogedor y privado, a un excelente precio? Entonces BIENVENIDO A CASA !!

North Charleston se encuentra a 15-20 minutos en coche de la sección histórica del centro de Charleston y a 20-30 minutos en coche de las playas, a 5 minutos en coche del Coliseo y del centro de convenciones, a 10 minutos en coche del aeropuerto. Capacidad para 2 personas como máximo, muy lindo apartamento en el piso de arriba, sin mascotas, (y no me importa lo que fumes)> NO FUMAR DENTRO! No quema incienso, Studio está equipado con cama Queen, pisos de madera dura, encimeras de granito, bañera con jacuzzi, cocina completa, cafetera, microondas, utensilios de cocina, televisor de pantalla plana de 60 pulgadas, reproductor de DVD, TV por cable, acceso a Internet WIFI, Sofá reclinable de cuero, lavadora y secadora, jabón para lavar, sábanas de tela. Sonido envolvente para estéreo, cubierta exterior, parrilla, luces de cubierta, estéreo de cubierta separado del interior, calefacción central y aire acondicionado, toallas, sábanas, almohadas, ropa de cama, mesa exterior en cubierta para cualquier persona que desee fumar, estacionamiento descubierto al aire libre. La vista es residencial, nada lujoso, pero por el bajo precio, este estudio es probablemente una de las mejores ofertas en Charleston. The studio was clean for the most part…moved a chair to block the door at night and there was a beer cap and dirt u see the chair. The courtesy snacks had all expired but nice gesture. Otherwise it served our purpose…the neighborhood proved fine despite our initial impression…sketchy

This was my second stay at this relaxing well-appointed studio, and it was as wonderful as the first. The suite is spacious, and everything you need is there…even a hand mirror in the shower and lighted makeup mirror on the shelf. This is my home away from home when I have to work in Charleston!

Tony was an incredible host! He welcomed us with a bottle of wine, snacks, and everything we could possibly need. He checked in to make sure we were all set and reminded us he was just a phone call away. The location was super convenient and felt very safe. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Tony. Grows on you

We enjoyed our stay! Mr. Tony is a wonderful host. If your a coffee lover it has a keurig coffee maker and is stocked with everything you need to make coffee including flavored creamers and sweeteners. As other reviews stated Mr. Tony also includes some snacks such as crackers and chips. The studio itself appears just as the photos but the outside of the building appeared more aged in real life. We stayed 3 nights and felt ourselves enjoying the place more each day. As other reviewers have mentioned the surrounding neighborhood is not the most prestigious however the studio is very close to the interstate and is appropriately priced. As I mentioned the interior of the studio appears just like the pictures if not nicer and the jacuzzi is a nice touch. All in all we would definitely stay here again.

This booking is phenomenal! As other reviews state, we had never stayed somewhere so thoughtful of guests. It has everything you'd want in a guest property along with other treats that really go above and beyond! Tony is a fabulous host. He worked with me to modify my stay and was an absolute pleasure, prompt and friendly. When I was confused by an appliance he got back to me right away to assist. We were surprised by the exterior of the room. Charleston is not friendly on building exteriors and it was clear the exterior of the building needed to be cleaned. But the deck was the highlight of our trip and the inside is, as stated above, an absolute chef's kiss. This site is about a 20 minute drive from downtown and Ubers are not cheap in the area, so if you plan on dining/drinking in Charleston, might not be the best location for you.

I stayed for a week, and it was wonderful! Everything you need is there! The music on the porch was a great bonus and very welcoming as I arrived. There was a starter set of coffee, creamer, drinks, snacks, and wine! Tony was incredibly responsive! The decor is absolutely stunning! I travel to Charleston for business, so I’ll definitely be back!

Wedding weekend

Although we hardly spent any time here it was perfect for what we needed. It was super easy to get to Charleston. The outlet didn’t work in the bathroom, but Tony was very quick to respond. Between The Masters, Sailing Regatta, and Spring Break most places were super expensive. This was affordable and a great place to sleep at night. Thanks!

Every Luxury in North Charleston

Excellent 2nd floor large apartment with outside deck. King sleigh bed, large, fully-equipped kitchen, big flat-screen TV with extensive channel selection, great sound system and hundreds of movie DVDs. Wonderful jacuzzi shower-tub for two in private bathroom. Washing machine and dryer. Generous wine, cheese & chips, chocolates, etc. gifted by Owner. Dedicated parking spot on grass next to deck steps. Convenient access to Interstate 526 to get downtown or pop over to the islands. All in all, every comfort and a tremendous value!!

Tony was the best host ever! Contacted me every day to see if we needed anything. The studio was the perfect place to stay and had such a nostalgic feel. When we arrived music was playing and there were snacks and a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. Perfect place for a get away!! Thanks Tony!!

Stupendous

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here. Its very cozy and quiet. And the place is absolutely beautiful. We loved it. And the host, Tony is wonderful! He left us snacks and treats and a bottle of wine. Thanks Tony! We also had complimentary drinks and water in the fridge along with anything else we needed like condiments, coffee creamer, and butter. And we had lots of knids of coffees and cider too. Even had EEOO in the pantry. Overall a real nice place to stay and we will be back.

Wonderful host

Location close to the airport. Beautiful furnishings! The jacuzzi was deep and giant. The host Tony was excellent! All the extras right down to snacks, wine, coffee pods and real cream. Thanks!
