Superb waterfront Coconut Mallory 2 BR, 2 bath condo, 2 pools, incredible views

No matter where you stay on the Key West island, you'll be able to get to whatever historical site, beach, restaurant, bar, etc. within a matter of minutes. Yet, the optimal choice for lodging might be a bit away from the Duval Street hoopla so that you can sleep at night!

Immaculately clean lodging spans two floors, 2nd and 3rd of its building. Elevator takes you up to 2nd floor, interior stairway to the 3rd.

Nice views, nice balcony, two pools, hot tub, fully equipped kitchen. Paradise!

The space

This is this resort's best unit: unit 206.

The good sized balcony offers incredible panoramic 180 degree east, south, and north views of the waterway between Key West and Stock Island..

As this is the corner unit closest to the waterfront, you get light and incredible views from your side windows as well while others look at "wall". :)

Beautiful fully equipped kitchen with all manner of dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, cups, etc. Nice to have so you don't have to eat out all the time and you can pull out a cool beverage whenever you want.

2 good-sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all with everything you need for an optimal stay.

Fold out couch is in the "lower floor" living room (lower floor also has the kitchen, dining area, and balcony) while the 2 bedrooms are on the upper floor.

TVs in living room and both bedrooms, ample light from windows, cool a/c.

Outside your unit, you'll have two pools, a hot tub, a marina, and a marina clubhouse and pier/dock area which offers all manner of recreational opportunities (including incredible fishing), and vending machines, Or just sit at the tables and chairs and enjoy the birds, the boats, the total Key West ambiance.

Rent a bike which will be delivered and picked up by companies like WeCycle for $10 (including lock and helmet) for an entire 24 hour day. An incredible wide waterfront sidewalk starts right at the resort and continues to Smathers Beach and beyond...or use the resort's kayaks for what may be a new experience for you.
