Wonderful experience and a fantastic time in Key West.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really like the Tides on SIMONTON. Very nice, clean, and comfortable. The rental is the right size for a good price and value. Excellent location, everything is in walking distance. Like being near the Key West Fire Station. This is the second time we’ve stayed there. Hope to rent again next year.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved the location. However, the slotted windows let every noise come in and the house sits on a busier street. There was no sleeping in. The house was fully equipped and a good size for us.

The rental met all our needs and the location was great. The couch was not comfortable but the bed was extremely comfortable. We plan to rent again and I will ask for a blanket to be there as I am always cold and used a beach towel lol. Temperature of 72 was fine for my husband though.

Great location! Easy to walk to most places and pretty comfy. If you can time it right and get an open parking spot on the street (on the 900 block) just one block away, it’s free parking. We just left our rental car parked there for most of our stay, with no issues.

Everything from notifications prior to arrival, to easily extending our stay was outstanding! Whitney made everything so easy for our stay, and I greatly appreciate that. The space was just enough for the two of use and was very central to all there is to see and do in Key West!

The one negative was the pull out sofa. The bed laid slanted downward at the head. My kids had to sleep with the bed at the elevated position. Other than that we had a wonderful time. The location was EXCELLENT.
