This fully renovated 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom with Heat and AC home has been newly updated and furnished with new beds and furniture and all appliances. The open concept layout of the home offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy your vacation at the beach. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a stylish backsplash, and beautiful cherry shaker cabinets. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices and a coffee maker. There is a bistro table that seats 4 and a spacious dining table that seats 8.The sun-porch is bright and inviting and includes a bar made from shipwreck wood from Hampton beach the bar seats 6 and a roomy couch that can be converted into a comfortable bed for 1. the porch also has games, TV and surround sound. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with queen sized beds, and one bedroom with two twin sized beds. Downstairs, there is one bedroom with a queen sized bed. Including the futon we can comfortably sleep 12-15 guests.We provide all linens however we do not provide beach towels. There is a full-size washer and dryer conveniently available in the home for laundry. There is a 65'' flatscreen TV in the living room, an incredible sounding stereo, and 2 comfortable sectional couch. The large deck in the backyard is a great place to spend your vacation days outdoors with family and friends. The home is located on a quiet street with views to the marsh, where one may see breathtaking sunset views. The home is within a short walking distance to all of the activities that Hampton Beach has to offer; you can walk to the sandy beach, boardwalk, restaurants, casinos, theaters, and shops in just minutes. Parking is available at the home for up to 4 cars. Please don't hesitate to ask for any special requests or long term rental deals. What an amazing property and an equally wonderful host! As a group of 8, we had plenty of space and the bedrooms were super cozy and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked and having access to a washer and dryer was very helpful. Plenty of parking and a great deck/backyard. Would absolutely stay there again.

We loved our stay! It is difficult to find a great place that has enough space for my big family but this was perfect. The game room was extra family space and allowed people to watch tv while other people could play games. Remember to bring your beach towels.

We are locals and live at Hampton beach. We have done many building projects and renovations. We take pride in this home as we have done most of the property's renovations and look forward to sharing it and our home town with you our guest.

Why they chose this property

We have been visiting Hampton for many years and enjoy the diverse activities that the area has to offer. We purchased this home with the intention of bringing our friends and families together to enjoy with us.

What makes this property unique

Renovating this home allowed us to create a highly functional, open concept layout that comfortably supports large groups without feeling crowded. Enjoy the marsh views while barbecuing from the large back deck. When the weather isn't cooperating, the retro bar on the front porch is a great place to hang out. The town is rich with history and has a great music seen be sure to check out the Casino Ballroom.
