Throw out all trash in bin provided near driveway.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
If you bring a dog make sure he/she is on a leash outside and pick up after them.

The cottage was very nice just wish the beach was closer the little one did not like the walk it was a very nice place to stay and the host was amazing

The host Nicole was great, the property and beach access were excellent. The only problem was that the internet was down for the entire stay. After speaking with several neighbors this lack of internet seemed to be this property only. My host Nicole stated that it would be resolved. The internet was never resolved and we ended up leaving a day early because my wife needed to work remotely for her job, we got tired of using a hotspot with spotty reception. Overall highly recommend this property and host. Hopefully the internet is restored for future guests.
