Enjoy our exquisitely decorated two bedroom, three full bath luxury condo at the Elysian Beach Resort on Cowpet Bay. The condo has been completely remodeled with granite counter tops in all three bathrooms and kitchen.

The condo is equipped with a full kitchen/breakfast bar, kitchen table and living room. The master bedroom has one King bed with a full bath and a walk in shower, private furnished balcony, state of the art split A/C unit, ceiling fan, cable TV with brand new flat screen TV. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds with a full bath and walk in shower, private furnished balcony. The living room has a Queen pull down murphy bed with a new flat screen TV, a private furnished balcony and a full bath in the hallway. The condo comfortably sleeps
8 people. All linens are provided.

The Resort: Come and enjoy the exclusive and immaculately manicured Elysian Beach Resort where the aqua blue Caribbean water of Cowpet Bay will be ever present.

The Elysian is located just 12.5 scenic miles from the Cyril E. King airport (STT) on the east end of St. Thomas where it rises from its secluded beach to offer a most magnificent setting tucked quietly between the Ritz-Carlton and the St. Thomas Yacht Club.

From the moment you enter the resort you will begin to relax as you discover that most all of your vacation needs can be satisfied within a few hundred feet of the condo.

Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee on one of the two balconies where you can sit in the fresh morning air and get started on that book you've been wanting to read. If coffee and a book is not your style, consider a game of tennis on a court surrounded by palm trees.

Later in the morning, enjoy the beautifully secluded white sand beach, where, in the shade of the palm trees, beach furniture and a sports concession stand that offers a variety of water toys such as paddle boats, single and double kayaks, windsurfers, float-mats, and snorkeling gear. Beach towels will be provide at the Wyndham hotel lobby. Please return your beach towels to the bin outside the lobby the day you check out.

Enjoy a quiet day on the beach while you watch the iguanas sunbathing. (See our FAQ for information about feeding the iguanas.)

If partaking of island rum is also on your agenda, make sure to ask for the ever popular 'Pain-Killer' drink invented and made famous at Soggy Dollar Bar on the island of Jost Van Dyke. (Better yet, take the ferry from Red Hook to Jost Van Dyke by way of Soppers Hole in Tortola where you can clear BVI customs ... take your passport.)

For a change of scenery, with reading material in hand, consider spending an afternoon sitting at the Elysian freshwater swimming pool; one of the most exquisitely designed and landscaped pools on the island, complete with rock grotto waterfall and hot tub.
Adjacent to the pool is a wonderful island Pool Bar. There are two restaurants on the property, Sangrias (Casual) and Caribbean Fish Market, an award winning restaurant with plenty of outdoor seating so you can enjoy the palm tree lined beach while you dine. It is open 7 nights a week for breakfast, lunch & dinner and Sunday brunch.

The resort is just two miles from Red Hook, the center of St. Thomas's popular east end activity and ferry transports to the other islands in the area (USVI and BVI). In Red Hook you will also find boutiques and groceries, and several marinas where you can rent powerboats or sailboats. Red Hook also has many popular restaurants and nightclubs.

1) Are you renting a 3 room unit? Our condo is approximately 1,500 square feet in which to spread out!

2) The Elysian Beach Resort is built on a hillside. One of the most common questions we get asked is 'How many stairs do I need to traverse to/from the beach and swimming pool?' Our unit is about a 60-second walk to the beach; the pool is closer.

Wonderful stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this condo! The location was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The owner was great to work with—responsive, helpful, and made the whole booking process easy as we rented 2units. We also really appreciated the friendly staff around the property who made us feel welcome. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great Family Vacation

Property was clean and comfortable for family of 4 adults. Location was great overlooking Cowpet bay, close to pool, beach and the restaurants. Location was also close to many other wonderful beaches and the small town of Red Hook which offered addition restaurants, shopping and the ferries to St John which we used for a day trip of hiking and more wonderful beaches, We did have a rental car which made getting around easy. Great trip.

Absolutely perfect! 10/10 Photos and written descriptions can’t do this property the justice it deserves. The beach is wonderful, no sargassum when we were there. The beach chairs are included which is a huge plus. Beautiful pool as well. There are 2 restaurants on site, the food was delicious at both. Elysian staff were all gracious and accommodating. The owner Nancy was quick to respond to all inquiries and provided us with an extensive amount of information and recommendations prior to our arrival. We will definitely be contacting Nancy’s Condos when planning our trip to St. Thomas! Thanks again Nancy!

Perfect getaway

Lovely resort, room a bit outdated, poorer visibility

My family had a great time at this resort. The room was clean and as described in the listing. The view was a bit poor as it over looks part parking lot and part beach, but you could still see the ocean. The beds were quite comfortable, but the main living area furniture was a bit outdated. Overall nice place to stay!

We had the most amazing memorable quick getaway. (4 adults) Nancy was fantastic to work with, although I didn’t need to contact her on our stay we had access to everything we needed. Nancy gave amazing recommendations, the restaurants, taxi drivers, food service for our groceries. After a half of a day travel all of our groceries were put away in the condo for us when we got there so that we could start our trip! We highly recommend staying at Nancy’s place and may return again!

The entire process from beginning to end with this property was so smooth and easy!! Nancy provides a wealth of information pre-trip so you are truly prepared when you arrive. The place was very clean and had everything we needed to get us started for our week-long stay. There are a lot of properties to choose from on St Thomas Island, but I’m not sure there are any that measure up to this one in terms of location - it’s just a short walk through the property to the beach that lies along a calm bay. We had no issues with crowds or noise. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Nancy and this condo. I would not consider staying anywhere else on a return visit!!

Perfect vacation spot

Location was beautiful; unit was perfect for our family of 4, enough room that everyone had space if they needed it. Place was super clean and well appointed. It had everything we needed. Communication with Nancy and checkin/checkout were smooth and effortless. The beach is a short walk down some stair with access to the pool and hot tub. Restaurants are limited but the food quality and selection will more than make up for it. Pool/beachside bartender Rico was fantastic - daughter had a jellyfish sting and he came right over with warm water and vinegar to neutralize it. We tried out some of the other beaches in St Thomas and this was hands down the best. Most were crowded and/or lacked shade. If you want a noisy beach with music blasting, its not the place for you. Its a quiet relaxing beach. I have never fallen into a deep relaxing sleep on a beach (regular southern NJ shore visitor), but here ...in the shade of the palm trees, the gentle breeze blowing through the fronds, and the sound of the waves- it was every day! Entire family had the best time there - Highly recommend booking with Nancy - you will have one of the best vacations ever, I know we did!
