Ubicado al lado del Ritz-Carlton, este condominio de 3 recámaras y 4 baños recientemente remodelado y recientemente equipado cuenta con 2 recámaras king y 1 con 2 reinas. Cada habitación tiene un baño privado completo con un cuarto baño fuera de la sala de estar, ¡perfecto después de un día en la playa para grupos que se preparan para cenar en uno de los excelentes restaurantes locales! La unidad tiene cuatro balcones y domina la hermosa bahía de Cowpet con impresionantes vistas de St. John. Una cocina completa te permite comer después de un día ajetreado si así lo eliges o te brinda un excelente lugar para recalentar las sobras. La playa en la propiedad es tranquila y hermosa y está a solo unos pasos de la piscina y el jacuzzi, separados solo por el bar de la piscina. El alquiler incluye piscina, cancha de tenis y acceso a la bañera de hidromasaje. La comunidad está cerrada y está vigilada por seguridad por las tardes y durante la noche. The resort and specific unit was perfect for our family stay in St. Thomas. Spacious! Enough room for everyone to have their own spaces and also come together for card games and time together. Clean. Easy parking. Easily accessible to everything we needed. Beach access was nice and relaxing. Restaurants on the property were good. Staff were friendly. Easy drive to Red Hook for lots of restaurant choices {and a food mart}. Safe. Communication with Sue, the host, was suburb. If we went back, we would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely beautiful condo! We had so much space to rest and relax and the property is very quiet! The condo provided everything we needed, the beds were very comfortable and communication with the owner, Sue, was exceptional! She provided so many details and tips to make sure we had a great trip! We had an awesome time and would stay here again. There is everything you need right there, no need to feel pressure to leave the area. The place is as advertised and would recommend it to anyone traveling there. Checking in and out was easy and plenty of parking. AC worked in all rooms so resting and relaxing was easy.

Fantastic Stay!

We enjoyed the place very much! Great communication from the owner. Filled me in on all the local go to places. Clean condo stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of room to spread out. Beach literally a minute walk. Restaurants on site. Perfect location to explore other areas of the island.

Great stay!

Sue’s condo was the perfect place for my family and I. It’s a great location with a perfect set up for a family of eight and very easy to go to the pool and beach. Lots to do here for a week.

The property was fantastic for our family of two adults and six teenagers. The layout was perfect, and the property is well maintained. There are several steps to get from the property on the top floor down to the beach. Not a problem for us, but might be for some. Beach is very nice and was not busy at all during our stay. Great for snorkeling. The pool is also very nice. The bugs are bad. We did not adequately prepare and many of us got hundreds of bites. Sue is fantastic and provided many helpful tips prior to our stay. Every one of the restaurants she recommended was fabulous.

The condo was exactly as advertised. Beautiful location. Sue Lester was so helpful and promp in giving recommendations and any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this!

This place was great, a true gem of St Thomas! Our biggest problem was who got the loft bedroom upstairs as everyone wanted it! Great views just as you see. The property was awesome with great places to eat and drink, an outstanding waterfront and pool area, as well as spacious accommodations. Speaking with the owner prior to getting there, she made it so easy, and told us literally everything we needed to know! Close to Red Hook for the ferries to go to St John, yet nestled away in a quiet and comfortable space. I cant recommend this enough!!

Amazing stay at Elysian

Stayed in Sue’s 3 bedroom unit Jan 5-12. We were a family of 7 - with 5 adult children. Unit was extremely spacious and kitchen was very well stocked - she even left a basket with sunblock and bug spray for us to use. Loved relaxing at the beach and the pool /hot tub. location in red hook was very convenient. Even though she was off island , she was very responsive to any of our requests/inquiries. Would Defintely love to come back and stay in this beautiful unit !

Paradise for sure

This property was beautiful. Everything you need is there. The unit was well equipped. The loft was framed in which added privacy for the couple sleeping there. The beach was perfect, great snorkeling. The restaurants on the property were excellent. The owner was easily accesible and made the visit wonderful.

Great Vacation

Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and spacious. One of the AC units broke during our stay and Sue had it fixed very quickly. She is an excellent communicator and went over everything before our stay. Cowpet Beach is a beautiful place to stay and very convenient! Will definitely be back!!

Very nicely remodeled.

This was our 9th trip to St Thomas and by far this was the nicest condo that we've stayed in. Very close to the beach and the pool. There were TV's in the condo but we never turned one of them on. We would definitely stay there again. Sue was a pleasure to work with.

We loved Sue’s property!

Our family of 7 made our first trip to St. Thomas and stayed at Sue’s home for 5 days and 4 nights. The stay was incredible! There was plenty of room for everyone in our family and the view from each balcony was breathtaking. Sue went above and beyond with communicating and ensuring we had the perfect stay. She also provided numerous recommendations for food, drinks and activities in the area. If we visit St. Thomas again, we will definitely be booking another stay at one of Sue’s rentals.

Condo was beautiful and well appointed. Plenty of towels and supplies. It was very clean and well taken care of, perfect for our family (all adults). There are tons of chairs on the beach so don't worry about that. If you venture out to another beach, you can rent chairs and umbrellas there. The loft space if great, we had our son up there as the spiral staircase can be tricky. The walk to the beach is down a hill, but we found it easy enough to do. The restaurants on the property were delicious and we went there several times. I cannot say enough positive things about the host! Exceptional communication, made everything easy and took great care of us when Hurricane Erin hit us at the end of the stay. It was tremendously helpful to have a host that worked with us and assured us of our safety. If I could give this host 6 stars I would! Rented a car at the airport - there are only 3 agencies there so definitely touch base with the host to confirm. That was very helpful when she guided us to the ones at the airport. Despite a hurricane, it was a terrific vacation, a beautiful island! Strongly recommend.

GREAT STAY IN ST. THOMAS

We had a great time at Sue’s condo. There is everything there you could possibly need. Everything very clean. Beds were comfy. Full size washer and dryer which was wonderful. Great views from balconies and rooftop patio. There was even a few pool toys in the cupboard which our grandkids loved. Only a few minutes walk to the beach and pool. But be aware, quite a few stairs (or steep hill) down to beach. Also 3 flights of stairs up to unit, no elevator. Not a problem for us. Beachside restaurant was good. Caribbean Fish Market restaurant was fabulous. Kids really enjoyed the pool which was not too busy while we were there.A poolside bar serving drinks (no food), but easy to walk over to Sangrias if peckish. Plenty of beds and chairs on the beach. A car is needed to get around the Island. All in all a fabulous stay. Thanks Sue!

Fun family vacation, relaxing and spacious condo!

From my first communication with Sue when I needed to change our dates, to our last moments at her condo, Sue’s attention to detail was excellent. The condo was large and the beds were comfortable. My whole family enjoyed a relaxing time at the pool and beach. The food at the Caribbean Fish Market right on property was delicious. We had three different meals there. And you can’t beat the yummy drinks at Sangrias while soaking up the sun!! Would definitely suggest Sue’s place to friends and family!!

We chose this property because of its location. It is in the desirable East End, near the Ritz Carlton and a stones throw from Red Hook and the ST. John's Ferry. The resort is beautiful and well-maintained and the beach is a hidden gem! The restaurants on property are excellent and there are plenty of options nearby. We felt we couldn't go wrong, and we haven't been disappointed!
