Enjoy this open living space from the entryway through the dining room, kitchen and living room. Lots of enjoyable seating for everyone. Enjoy the unique modern dining room window which is a one of a kind in southern Florida. The kitchen had been fully renovated with all new appliances along with the bathrooms. Brand new washer and dryer available right outside the kitchen. You have full access to the fenced in backyard and access to 3 beautiful nearby beaches. Each about an 8-minute drive away. 5-minute drive to Mizner park with wonderful restaurants and entertainment. This house is in a PRIME location! The home is styled with modern furnishings which gives you true vacation vibes!

This person cancelled our reservation at 4:15pm on the day of check in even though our check in time was at 3pm. He said the house was never actually available as an explanation for the cancellation. If it wasn't available how did i book it and he sure did take my money at the booking time weeks earlier!!! Lamest booking I have ever made with VRBO. Emabarrassing for this home owner who should be penalized for sure!!

This was an issue with VRBO’s software. NOT with the owner. The owners calendar is ALWAYS up to date and has never had any issues with bookings in the past.
