The villa was very spacious with great amenities, the kitchen could have done with the dishwasher/washing machine pulled out and floor cleaned in those areas but overall cleanliness was good. Lovely garden with plenty of seating-sunbeds around the pool. Had a fabulous week with the family and would stay again.

Following a recent ten-day vacation, I wholeheartedly endorse this villa. Its location is ideal, providing convenient access to beaches, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets. Communication throughout the booking process, including airport transfers, was exceptional. Despite a two-hour flight delay, our pre-arranged transportation remained readily available. I highly recommend both this company and this property and intend to book it again for a future family holiday.

Perfect location for family vacation!

We spent 2 lovely weeks in Artemis villa in Protaras. Close to very nice beaches with clear waters, in a quiet, family-friendly subdivision. The house was perfectly clean and the service provider 'Spot on Villa Rentals' was efficient when we needed something. I would definitely recommend this villa for rent!

It couldn't have been better. It had everything in terms of amenities and is in a great location - in a quiet neighbourhood and a pleasant walk along the sea-front to the centre if town. The agent, Katie from Spot on Villa Rentals was also very helpful and accommodating.

The Villa was a great size for a family of 5. The Villa was equipped with everything you would expected. The management company were very helpful and were in contact via text message and WhatsApp. They dealt with queries fast and efficiently. I would definitely stay at this villa again in the future.

This accommodation was very good, good beds. Good pool even if the mosaic was a bit dirty. The outdoor environment was good. The only downside was that it was far from the beach and the nearest large grocery store. In addition, we did not find the linen that was supposed to be there for week two.

Fabulous Villa and location

This villa has everything a family could want. The communications from Mr Chavda and his agent, Spot on Villa Rentals was excellent. The villa is spacious and everything worked as it should. Most of our time was spent outside in the lovely pool area. The pool was great, really warm and there were lots of space for sun loungers. There were three areas we could sit and relax and eat and we had lots of fun with the BBQ. The villa is in a quiet residential area which is very nice. It was about 15 minute walk to the strip and Fig Tree Bay. There are also lots of little beaches and closer by just a 5 minute walk from the villa. We really could not find fault at all and can highly recommend. Thank you.

Best Holiday EVER!!!!

Our holiday experice started with booking this villa directly with the owner and I can only describe Mr Chavda as a gentleman. Our bank mixed up the bank transfer and Mr Chavda waited patiently whilst we sorted the situation. On arrival at the property, we were delighted. Having 2 teenage sons (who actually went home whiter than they arrived) they were thrilled to have their own bedrooms. The property is located in a quiet cul de sac and only a pleasant 10min walk to the main strip. The villa was fully equipped with all that we could need and the private pool area was stunning. This has to be the first holiday that all four of us have thoroughly enjoyed and I highly recommend it - definately a gem

spacious peaceful villa close to protaras strip

Check in was fairly straightforward once the taxi driver had found the property.He was unfamiliar with the area and it was very dark.The villa was nice and spacious and the pool was very well used,particularly given the high temperatures.The gardens were very lush and provided good options for sitting out with shade.Patio furniture was comfortable and modern.The sunloungers would have benefitted from a power washon the cushion pads.Kitchen facilities were good,washing machine was useful for towels and swimwear,and the fridge freezer very efficient.Unfortunately the kitchen units were in need of replacementas there were obvious issues with damp in the cupboards and the kickboards were peeling and unsightly.We didn't cook very much as the damp smell was quite strong,and offputting when it came to using cookware. To make the property worthy of five stars,pool towels would be a bonus in relation to baggage restrictions.Fresh bedlinen would have allowed a change during the stay and better quality bath towels. Wi-Fi connections were very good and there were good options for getting around the island with regular bus services and very reasonable car hire.

Amazing

The area is just amazing very safe and beautiful neighbourhood. Walk towards the sea turn right and less than 10 mins to the most beautiful cove with white sand and crystal clear water this was our morning routine and what a way to start the day. The villa was lovely and spacious inside with everything that was needed and the addition of Netflix which we enjoyed a few movies with the kids and the obligatory glass of wine!! The pool itself is lovely and very welcoming during the hot Cyprus sun. The furniture is quite cramped and a bit more space around the pool would have been better with having four children but this is a minor. The villa was a lovely and clean but I will mention the kitchen cupboard particularly the bottom ones we couldn’t use as they smelled so bad inside but again easily sorted out. All in all I would book this villa again for the location alone and as I say the two minors would be easily sorted but definitely not off putting to rebook. Thanks for the same day repair that was needed communication throughout from Katie was as their company says “Spot On”. Thanks for a wonderful holiday ♥️

Super lækker villa tæt på protaras og vandet

Lækker hus med privat pool . Nemt at finde . Der er ca 100 m til vandet . Tæt på ligger en super lækker is bar . Vi blev mødt af et fyldt køleskab , hvilket var fantastisk. Havde alt hvad vi skulle bruge Vi skal helt sikket booket villaen igen

Lovely vacation at Artemis Villa

We have been on vacation at the Artemis Villa in April 2015 for 14 days. Before our journey started we had a very nice conversation with the owner Mr. Chavda and he sent us a lot of information of Cypress including maps. We arrived in the villa at 8:00 pm and all supermarkets were closed because of preseason. We were very pleased to find a free complimentary food package at the villa with milk, juice, jam, toast, butter, ham, cheese, redwine, cornflakes and much more. Therefore we had something for dinner and for breakfast next day, before we had the chance to go for shopping at the big Lidl supermarket some minutes away. The agency was also very helpful if something was required. The villa is based in a very nice villa area. The most beautiful beach on Cypress is the fig tree bay beach with the central strip were you can find bars and restaurants and it is only some minutes away. We traveled over the whole island, but Protaras and especially the Protaras beaches are the best places to be in whole Cypress. The villa has a large pool with sun all day long. Outside there are a lot of nice sitting areas and sun loungers. All bathrooms were newly renovated and very luxury. For our daughter (1 year old) we got a new baby crib , a high chair and a barrier at the stairs in the first floor. Perfect! After the first week the whole villa was cleaned by cleaning staff of the agency. The pool cleaner came twice a week. The living room is very big with nice furniture and with a large flat screen and a kitchen. We really can recommend the villa and the Protaras area. We have had a very nice and relaxing holiday! Especially the preseason is very nice, because there are not too much people on the beach!

Five Star Relaxation in great location

Cannot recommend this villa highly enough. It was very spacious, had all the home comforts and more. Welcome basket was good. The pool area fantastic and the BBQs we had most enjoyable! Everything was provided here and agents very helpful if any problems. Villa very clean and pool maintained regularly. Sun all day! Location-wise it was approximately 10 minute walk to Fig Tree Bay beach (turn right by Tony's supermarket, walk down road and cut across vacant plot to Bay - good short cut) via this shortcut or around 15 mins via main Protaras strip. Beach was amazing - clear blue warm water - what more could you want! Sun loungers and umbrellas E2,50 each - bargain for whole day. For good lunches go to Blue Peter restaurant at top of steps - excellent food, good value for money and very friendly staff. This was our lunch stop on beach visits. (First restaurant as you go onto beach walk-way) There is plenty to do or see (water park etc) but we were on a family holiday and all we wanted to do was relax and enjoy ourselves, which we did. We went with our daughter, son-in-law and 20 month old grand-daughter - best holiday we have had. If you want a fantastic meal go to Diva Flambe restaurant - on corner of main road and Protaras strip. Excellent food at reasonable prices for quality - maybe a special meal out. Lots of other restaurants and all serve good food - we ran out of time! Airport transfers - I would highly recommend that anyone book their transfers through the owner. Excellent company and very helpful. Very relaxing trip to and from airport. All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa as a great place to stay in Protaras - you will surely have a fantastic time. Can't wait to go back. Enjoy!

fantastic family holiday

i would just like to thank you for our amazing family holiday.the villa was as much if not more than described.perfect location with a 10 min walk to the central strip with bars and restaurants and shops.the villa was clean and spacious enough for all 8 of us.i would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a private villa with everything you will need for a perfect holiday.lovely clean private pool of which we spent many hours away and the welcome hamper was also a big plus for when we arrived.a local shop just a 2 minute walk from the villa was a big plus too. once again many thanks and will defiantly be coming back to this fantastic property
