A beautiful, recently completed 2800 square foot home which takes full advantage of its lakeside location with two stories of spacious decks, an outdoor bar with a patio just steps away from the water, and huge windows to enjoy the gorgeous view. The master bedroom is perfect for a romantic retreat with a huge bathtub built for 2, a king size bed, and a sliding glass door to enjoy the view together on the deck. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a huge granite island with 6 bar stools for family dining which is open to the living/ family room. There is also a barbecue grill for outdoor time well spent with friends and family. The main deck (same level as the kitchen) has 2 tables to allow for plenty of space for outdoor dining. The waterside bar has bartop seating as well as a couch and chair area in front of the outdoor gas fireplace.

The house functions as a four bedroom as the 400 square foot gym and 300 square foot game room are designed for private sleeping as well. The first floor bathroom (includes tub and shower) has a direct entry to the gym which has a queen-sized bed. The gym can be shut off from the rest of the house by a custom-built barn door, In other words, three bedrooms each have their own full bathroom which easily allows 3 couples to share the house while maintaining their privacy (The gym and master both have televisions and sliding doors to their respective decks.)

This home has been built for fun and recreation for active adults and families. It has a gym, a game room, and a beautiful lakeside bar with an outdoor gas fireplace just feet from the water. The bar includes a small refrigerator for beer and other drinks. There is also a full size freezer that will hold numerous bags of ice.
