Our large family home has lots of great space for you to enjoy! Our home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, custom kitchen (stocked with essentials & more), formal dining room, and 2 separate living room spaces. Of course, a private hot tub is available out back for you to enjoy. Walking distance to North Grand Mall, less than a mile from Ames High School, less than 2 miles from Iowa State, and a little over 2 miles to Ada Hayden Heritage Park.
