This is a multi-level vacation home with no elevator. Gardenia Villa has two independent floors with no connecting door or stairway. Each floor is accessed from an exterior staircase. Each floor is self-contained and can be rented independently, or the entire home can be rented by one family. Located on the ground floor is a living space, kitchen, and two bedrooms with two bathrooms. On the second floor, you will find a living space, kitchen, two-bedrooms, and a balcony. The garage and driveway together fit up to 4 cars, and the garage includes the washer and dryer.

South Padre Island has everything you and your guests could want from a vacation spot. Located in a sub-tropical region, South Padre Island is visitor-friendly nearly year-round. Our tropical-island vibe pairs perfectly with our Southern, down-home, local community. Diners, nightclubs, mini-golf, tandem-bike rentals, parasailing, coastal fishing tournaments, music festivals, and a water park make South Padre Island the ideal vacation spot for families, Spring Breakers, and fishing groups. Our coastal marshlands are home to hundreds of species of rare and endangered animals and are also a hotspot for migrating birds and ocean life. Birders and ecotourists from all over the world have South Padre Island on their bucket lists. There truly is something for everyone on South Padre Island. This vacation home is pet friendly; however, pets are limited to the 1st floor. No pets are allowed on the 2nd floor. The pet fee is $100 per dog plus tax, max 2 dogs.

-We strictly enforce guest capacity.
-This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
-Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 am to 3 pm.
-Laundry detergent is available upon request at the off-site Guest Welcome Center.
-Small dogs under 25 pounds are welcome at this rental. There is a pet fee of $100 per dog. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted. Dogs are restricted to the ground floor only.
-Access to this property requires the use of stairs.
-Sleeper sofa linens are available upon request.
-Optional pool heating costs is $175 per week or $750 per month. 24-hour notice is required.
