This was great location and the owner was great with communication. It was perfect location and the extra large deck was great for relaxation at night. The only downside was the A/C it did not work at all which was a little frustrating. We just opened the back door and allowed the breeze to flow as much as possible.

Fantastic location with unparalleled views from the balcony, living room and master bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space for us and our four kids (aged 15-21) to relax. Would love to return!

Great place, had a great time

Enjoyed our stay, check in was super easy and when we had a need they were very helpful. Pool was nice and hot tub was excellent. Easy access to the beach and very quiet place to be for the holidays.

The sun was beautiful coming up in the morning sitting on the balcony. The condo was very clean. The only glitch was the power went out. But that wasn't the owners fault. There were flashlights for us to use. The owner was very responsive when we texted them. The beach is gorgeous!

lots of room for 4 of us, plenty of kitchen stuff & bath towels; we had to call for the correct gate code upon check-in, but management was super responsive. pool is very well-maintained, although we prefer the beach. tvs are outdated, we couldn't figure out how to watch them, except for the one in the living room. note for beachgoers: most of the day, the beachfront here is extremely "shallow" (sandy area between fence & water) and many public access people crowded into that same area. just something we noticed compared to other SPI properties we've stayed in. BUT, we enjoyed our stay, we had a relaxing time--it's a quiet property and close to everything.

Great Getaway

We loved our stay. Since we stayed 3 weeks we particularly appreciated the fully equipped kitchen. We wanted for nothing as we easily cooked up several meals. Booked next year's stay before we even checked out.

Beautiful View!!

Amazing Gulf view! Unit was very spacious and had everything we needed for a week’s stay. The caretaker of the Beach House buildings and grounds does an amazing job, and very helpful. Also enjoyed the security of a gated community.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! It was clean and had every amenity that we could have asked for. The check in and check out process was very easy. View of sunrises and ocean were beyond beautiful. Short walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!
