Soleil is a newly built property having its own entrance, is south facing and brightly lit. It is well equipped with a range of modern appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
This property consists of 3 bedrooms main having a 32"TV and en suite, bathroom, combined kitchen, dining and living area having a 42"LED TV. with cable reception. A fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, a microwave, hob and a dishwasher.This property also features a motorised sun awning and BBQ facility .
This maisonette is fully air conditioned (coin operated) and fans are provided at no extra charge.The apertures are double glazed and are all fitted with insect screens.
Bathroom and en suite are also equipped with fan heaters.

Gut ausgestattet, sauber, schöner Pool

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, sehr sauberes Apartment mit schönem gepflegten Pool mit Meersicht. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, Backofen, Geschirrspüler, gutes Equipment, Gewürze, Küchentücher, Spültabs, etc. Waschmaschine mit Waschmittel, Weber-Gasgrill auf der Terrasse mit elektrischer Markise, an allen Fenstern Moskitonetze. Die Wohnung hat einen kleinen Innenhof/Schacht, wenn die Fenster und die Terassentür geöffnet sind, kann hier die Luft nach außen oben aufsteigen wie in einem Kamin, ruckzuck ist die Wohnung angenehm kühl, wir haben die vorhandenen Klimaanlagen nicht benötigt, obwohl es noch sehr warm war. Ins schöne Dorf ist es nur ein kleiner Spaziergang mit netten Restaurants und Bars. Wir hatten ein Mietauto, zum nächsten Strand nur 5 Minuten. Uns hat es super gefallen, der Kontakt zum Vermieter war bestens, hat immer schnell geantwortet, alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit, wir würden wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für die angenehme Zeit.

Absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Teenies 10 wunderschöne Tage in der Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist ein schöner Rückzugsort, insbesondere aufgrund des schönen Außenbereichs mit dem herrlichen Blick über die Landschaft bis aufs Meer. Ein absolutes Plus! Die Wohnung verfügt über alles, was man benötigt. Außerdem ist sie super sauber! Im Ort ist fußläufig ein gut sortierter Minimarket vorhanden. Mit dem Auto kann man alle Ziele auf Gozo erreichen oder mit der Schnellfähre ist man komfortabel in Valetta. Aus unserer Sicht sollte erwähnt werden, dass das eine Schlafzimmer kein Fenster hat für frische Luft, sondern lediglich für Lichteinfall. Da wir als Familie einfach die Tür offen lassen konnten, war es kein Problem.

Wunderschönes Apartment für 6 Personen

Für unsere Familie (4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) war das Apartment ideal. Mit 6 Personen hat man wunderbar Platz. Alles ist da, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Fotos zeigen genau das, was einen erwartet. Der Pool wurde einmal die Woche gereinigt, was bei täglicher Benutzung sicherlich auch nötig ist. Auch die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sehr gerne mal wieder hier Urlaub machen.
