The property is perfect for families! It is so much more spacious than we expected and the pool was great to have available to tire out the kids! We will definitely be back!

We were extremely happy with our stay at this home. The pictures and description matched it accurately. Nick was a great host, and answered us promptly when needed. I would definitely recommend this property, and would stay there again. The only complaint I have is that whoever does the cleaning between bookings, did not do a very good job. But we were four women who took care of this in no time.

We loved this home! Nick was an excellent host. Spacious layout, loved all the TVs, pool, patio dining table and hot showers. Great location for Venice beaches, historic downtown and restaurants as well as day trips to Tampa Bay or Ft. Myers areas.

The pool was great! Online pictures were accurate representations of the home. The kitchen could have used a baking sheet and/or pizza pan. We could have also used some small storage containers with lids and mixing bowls.

just as the pictures show, the place was clean, plenty of room, and the pool was perfect to cool down after a day on the water. Its a small area, and the house is close to everything we wanted. very glad we stayed here. the host replied back instantly with the few questions i had. great stay

Nick was awesome. The stay was great even though we had bad weather 90% on the trip and had to leave early, I still loved the home and the area. Great place for a family.

It was just okay. We were really surprised there are so many rave reviews. It’s about 11 mins to the closest beach so that’s nice but everything else about the house is pretty underwhelming. Drawer in the kitchen with all the larger utensils really needs to be wiped out. No towels for the pool provided. The towels in the bathroom are very mismatched and look like someone’s old rags. Master bedroom sheets had stains. The tub with jets is very dated and jets don’t appear clean. We didn’t feel comfortable bathing in it. Whenever my daughter crawled on the floor she had dirt marks on her skin. Had to tell the owner about the pool having bugs but he did respond very promptly and came the next morning to clean it.

I am sorry your expectations were not met. We are regularly updating and replacing items as needed and try to provide a cleanand functional experience. We have added three or four new sets of towels within the last month or two. Yes we did mix them in with many of the old towel sets. We have addressed some of your issues, the drawers have been cleaned out in the kitchen. And we also plan to update much of the bedding, including pillows, bedspread sheet sets this fall. Although the current sheets and bedspreads are in very good condition. I appreciate your feedback.

The communication with the property owner was fantastic, all our questions were answered in a timely manner. The house was fantastic, the pool was great. When the family wants to come back to Venice, this is where we want to stay.
